"Excuse me, can I know where is the interview room?"
She asked politely, never forget to give the worker a smile.
"It is at the second floor, miss. Turn right after you ride the lift," the worker pointed for her.
"Oh, miss, did you register already?" The worker turned and asked.
"No. Should I register right now?"
"Yes."
The worker then opened the counter drawer and took out a piece of paper and a pen. She looked at the watch lying on her wrist anxiously, hoping that it was not late for her interview for this job.
She wrote down her name and some personal information. After that she passed the paper back and left hastily.
She ran towards the direction that the worker had given. At the same time she didn't waste the chance to admire the view of this big building.
"It's here."
With that, she breathed in and out and knocked the door. She opened the door infront of her, only could see the people resting on the chairs, waiting for the interview to start.
"I'm glad it's not late."
She said to herself.
Not long afterwards she heard her name being called by a woman with a black coat. She stood up and followed her to the room.
"Hello, nice to meet you Miss Cha Yoonra. Take it easy and don't stress yourself out," the judger said.
Yoonra had no choice but to let out a small chuckle from her mouth. "Let's start the interview," she sat infront of the judger.
"Okay so which subject you are specialised at?"
"Psychology."
"Hmm....And what makes you come to Agust D Company. We need people who are good at accountings and econs."
"I'm good at accountings too."
"But you aren't specialised at that."
Judgers are judgers after all. They would say something that chokes you and makes you speechless.
After approximately 10 minutes of interviewing, Yoonra was done and left the room. She took out her memo pad and slash out the word 'Agust D Company', which she thought she wouldn't be accepted. She could tell by how the judger acts and talks.
And it was just what she had expected. After days of waiting, she received a phone call from the company and it said...
"I'm sorry your interview for your job is not accepted---"
Nailed it. It was always like that. Since Yoonra graduated from high school, she has been looking for a good job with high salary so that she could pay her mother back for taking good care of her.
But it was beyond expectations. She thought everything would be easy and fine, like how she passed her test last time.
To be living a tough of easy life, she has been wondering about this. Living a tough life means you have to work hard for everything and might not earned what you deserve to get, like how people spend most of their 20s on busy jobs and bussiness. Living and easy life means your job may be easy or you could get salary much more easier.
Yoonra didn't choose the tough life but tough life had chosen her. She went to international school when she was a teenager, and that continued till her university. Of course, her mother wants her to live better and have a brighter future. Every mothers want that, ain't it?
--
"Mum, I'm back!" Yoonra said while pushing the door and entered her house.
"Oh, you're back. Welcome back....." Her mother came out from the kitchen, wiping her wet hands on the apron. "Wait for a second....dinner is going to be done soon."
With that, her mother left to the kitchen. Yoonra placed her bag on the couch and plopped into it. She was so tired. Tired of getting rejected by companies.
As about to close her eyes, her mother interrupted. "Dear, it's ready. You may sleep later."
"Okay, Mum." Yoonra collected the remaining energy left in her body and stood up to the dining table.
She sat beside her Mum and started to lift the fork and get something in her bowl.
"Eat more," Yoonra's Mum said while getting a piece of fish for her.
"Thanks. And Mum you should eat more too."
"How's your interview? Seems like you got rejected again," her Mum heaved a sigh.
"Yeah....Most of the companies need people who were specialized at accountings and maths, but I'm specialized at psychology..." Yoonra explained.
"Why don't you find a psychology related job?" Her Mum pointed out.
That makes sense. I should find a psychology job.
After eating, she went upstairs, towards her room. Yoonra was getting pumped all of a sudden and she was energized. Immediately, she turned on the laptop and search jobs about psychology. Yoonra was very determined and she even took down the company names in her notebook.
She got all the courage back. Thanks to her mother.
The second day, she woke up early and attended the interviews of different companies. All of them were satisfied with her education background. She hopped into the car that came along with her to the company and began to start the engine.
Suddenly she received a phone call. It was and unknow number.
"Hello?" She picked up the phone and spoke.
"Hello? Miss Cha Yoonra? You are accepted to Agust D Company and please come here as soon as possible..."
