"Earth to Haruka! Are you awake?"
Miri, my best friend, snaps her fingers which bring me back to reality.
It's been two days since then,
My little run-in with our school's president- Shijima Takeru.
'Maybe that's why he looked so familiar...'
I keep telling myself that,
But I know it's a terrible lie on my part.
Because he is familiar in a different sort of way.
Not the one like recognizing a person from a TV show,
He was like a nostalgic yet bittersweet memory,
One that, oddly enough, I can't recall.
I've already accepted it long ago that there really is something in me that is missing.
I don't tell Miri nor my parents... It's a problem I have to solve on my own.
And Shijima Takeru is the only one who can help me.
