Kobayashi Haruka.
There's a reason why she moved my heart.
My heart that had turned numb,
The flame taken away to pursue the so-called bigger pictures of 'life'.

'Neh, Takeru...'
'Hm?' I turn to her, her face glowing from the sun's rays.
'Nevermind.' She giggles making me sigh at her antics.

It wasn't a mutual agreement between us.
It was Haruka who wanted it.
I only agreed half-heartedly for her sake,
Only so I could see that smile again.

'Is it cancer? Thought so.'
Even amidst the news, she shone brightly like the sun.
But in the end-

She was nothing more but a fading sunset.
