Liza Jesse :-

I never thought I'd ever do this.
Not wear a dress, nor go on a date!
But here I am now, happily walking on the roadside, wearing the cutest red dress I know I'd ever put on. A neatly dressed Mexican descendant to my left. The wind wheezing and disrupting the settling leaves on the pavement to dance around us in a humid day of crazy autumn.
It's all surreal!

"You know" I started talking, swinging my hand-bag back and forth.
"What?" Martin asked me with half his attention, he was probably fretting in the inside over the gathering thing.
Mart had his hair neatly styled, a rolled up long sleeved black jacket making his biceps pop out more, with a white shirt underneath it, and black jeans over his legs. His red cap of course crowning his head.

"It's kind of low of you to take me by bus" I told him, my nose scrunching.
Martin scoffed. "Oh! I forgot you are a sheltered princess, want to ride on my back?" He mocked me in a non-pleasant way.
"No, I'm actually having fun, I was just stating facts"

Martin ignored me, gesturing into the restaurant to our right. "Lady's first" he said politely, ushering me to go in first. I nodded, then walked in-front of him to a random table occupied by a guy and a girl about our age.

"Shit, not this way" Martin swore, yanking me backwards.
"Didn't you tell me to go in first? " I asked him, lifting an eyebrow.
"Yeah, walk in, not walk into some dangerous looking couple" Mart shot back.
"I really sympathize with Sith" he added, shaking his head side to side.
"That's way too low!" I spoke with distaste, furrowing my eyebrows to emphasize my displeasure.
"What? Me bringing up Sith?" Mart asked with a smirk.
"No, you asking me out when you think I'm Sith's!" I easily answered, in a fake concerned tone.
"What? You are his?" Mart inquired, dragging me by the hand in another direction.
"You said so, I didn't say that. I'm just keeping up with your theory"

"Hey guys" Mart greeted a bunch of guys.
3 guys and 3 girls were seated around a square table, two of the girls were exaggeratedly dressed, one of them wore a very small piece of cloth, I'd never call dress, while the other wore a dress I'd proudly wear for a wedding! Flared with the frills and the jewels.
The third one I'm sure was a part of some gang!
She had a nose piercing, long silky black hair, wore ripped jeans, and a white crop top revealing a small part of her muscular abdomen.

"Hey Mart" the guy next to the gangster girl greeted, taking his hand from around the girl to do some weird handshake with Martin.
"Hi Liza" the guy turned to me with a smirk.
"Long time no see stranger" I retorted with an eyeroll, impressed by his extremely friendly attitude.
Already on first name bases!

The guy laughed obnoxiously, not having a care in the world.
"You're my friend's girlfriend, thus, my friend" he explained arrogantly.
"Wow! What a pleasure" I told him with an empty smile, already disliking the guy.

"This is Mathew, the one who arranged the date" Martin told me, and I nodded.
"Sabrina is Mathew's girlfriend, we went to the same high school back in the day" Mart said, gesturing to the gangster girl that eyed him weirdly.
"Chris and Jonathan" he introduced the other guys, and I nodded at them, they flashed me bright smiles in return.
"Liza, my girlfriend " Mart told them way easier than i expected it to be.
What a liar!

I settled into a big comfy chair next to Mart, watching the other two pairs cuddle.
Eeeew

"I've been following you for God knows how long" the girl with the wedding dress told me.
"Really? Thank you" I thanked her with a courteous smile.
"I'm Selena James, nice to meet you masked girl" the girl introduced, I nodded. "Nice to meet you Selena"
"Janet" the other girl said briefly, and I rolled my eyes in return.
"Why do you wear a mask?" Mathew asked me out of nowhere.
"To minimize exposure" I answered tersely, watching confusion cover their features.
"I don't want my face to be known, it's easier this way" I explained further.
" I thought you are a Zorro fetish" the gangster girl told me with a nasty smile.
"Is Zorro you're ex.boyfriend? I see you have issues?" I asked her with mock innocence.
"Actually, my ex.boyfriend is the one sitting next to you" the girl informed me with a victoriuos smile.
