The Castle for the next two days was practically abandoned. Students are off finding dresses and teachers were looking for new dress clothes for the Yule Ball, which was announced to be a Masquerade Ball. In the daily prophet, they had an article about the school having the ball and how many of the people from the second wizarding war were coming to celebrate. They were going to honor every person that has died since and during the second wizarding war including my parents. Each child or grandchild will go up for each fallen hero.

"Alex!!! Let's go!!!" Lily whined. I rolled my eyes, she whines so much but I can't blame her since she is only 14. We both really wanted to find dresses today but Rose was still in the library finding out everything about the Goblins. We went to the library, pulled her away from the books and went dress shopping.

"I don't know that would be good for the ball." Lily said to Rose as she tried on the dark green dress.

"But I like this-" Scorpius came in and saw her in the dress. He smirked then saw Lily and I.

"Red, Albus wants you." Scropius turned to leave. "Now." I looked at the girls then walked out to meet Albus.

Albus was in a black jacket with a T-shirt and jeans on. His hair was pushed back and his eyes locked with mine. I couldn't put my finger on what he wanted to say or do. Albus thanked Scorpius then Scorpius left.

"Albus-" he cut me off.

"Lexi, I know that James already told you how he felt." My heart started to beat faster. "And I told you how I felt. I know this hard but you're gonna have to choose." Albus started to walk towards me. I felt like I couldn't move, my heart started to race as his fingers lifted my chin to look up at him. "Please. Make a decision that you will live with."

"Albus." I pulled away. "I know another girl that could make you happy-"

"I want you." Albus frowned. "Alexis, I can make you happier then James can." His words make me stop. James always tried to be there for me, to make me happy as I made him happy. Albus hasn't done anything for me. I started to look at his eyes again. A little hint of pink flashed in his eyes.

A love spell! That's it! Someone put him under a spell. Slowly, I put my wand on his chest. My eyes didn't take off of his as I said the spell to reverse a love spell. I pulled away and Albus blinked a few times.

"Alexis? What happened?" Albus held his head. "Someone spiked your drink with a love spell."

Albus frowned. "The only reason the spell could work if I had feelings for you already..." I sighed then took his hand. "Al, you are an amazing person, but someone else is our there for you. I promise that you will find her." Albus smiled a little. "Thanks Lexi. That was really sweet."

I got up then paced. "That means you didn't send me that note." Albus rasied an eyebrow. "I got a note a few weeks ago. The person called me sweetheart and said that my brains wasnt the only thing they liked."

"Someone must be fooling with you then. I don't think James would send that." Albus shrugged. "But whoever sent that. I'll find them." Albus held my hand. "I'll make sure of it."

Later, James, Rose, Lily, and I were in the library looking up more about the Goblins. "There isn't anything here." James sighed in defeat. Rose and Lily looked at my drawing as I looked through a book.

"Wait a second. This looks like water. The sword shouldn't be in water anymore-" Rose was cut off by Lily, "The last time it was in water was when our parents found it on their journey." I looked at them.

"So we do have to ask Uncle Harry!" Rose's 'I told you so' look was all over her face at me. I kept looking in the book until I felt a hand on my shoulder. I looked up at James and sighed in defeat. "Where do you think your father is right now?"

James shrugged. "I think in Headmater Longbottom's office." I stood from my seat and got my sketch book from the table. "Let's go then."

All four of us walked down the hall and to Headmaster's office to see Mr and Mrs. Weasley outside with Mr. Potter. Mr. Potter looked at us and was curious to what we have to say. "Mr. Potter I think that my dreams are trying to tell-" I was interrupted by two teens, both my age walked out of Headmaster's office in Slytherin robes. The girl had black hair and brown eyes with a small figure. The boy had the same features but looked stronger. Headmaster Longbottom came out. "Ah. Lexi, Rose, Lily and James. I would like you to meet our two new students, Camille and Tom." My head started to hurt when I heard Tom.

Tom looked straight at me and smirked. "So you're Alexis Red? The one that her parents got murdered when she was little?" His voice was deep yet velvety. My guard was let down but luckily James held my hand then pulled me closer to him. James almost growled like he was an animal protecting his mate. My attention was still on Tom. "Yes I am."

Instantly, James was thrown back and Tom walked toward me. He slowly took my hand and brought it up to his lips. My cheeks turned red as I pulled myself away. Albus and another Slytherin girl finally came to show their new students to the house. I went to help James. James was still growling, "I don't like him touching you." Mr. Potter was shocked to see him like this, so protective over me.

"James." His attention was towards me as my small hand touched his cheek. "I am okay. Lets just go." James nodded then all four of us walked to the common. Well, so far for talking to Mr. Potter.
