Chapter 11: Wait...What did you just say?

A few days later the school was excited for the ball. Many girls talked about their dates and their dresses. Rose was asked by Scorpius and she said yes. Surprisingly, Albus asked Camille, the new girl, and she said yes. I was really happy that he was going with her. These days I got to know Camille. She was a sweet, kind girl. Rose, Lily and I befriended her which she was really grateful about. And Tom....Tom was different. He would just watch James and I or watch our group with his sister in it. Our eyes would always lock and I would hear a voice saying be careful.

  One day, I was walking to my common room so I could change out of my uniform. I noticed that Tom was watching me. I noticed that he started to walk towards me. I know that he is a Slytherin and that he is new, but there was something about him that I felt like I knew him before.

"I'm sorry we interrupted your talk with Mr. Potter." He smirked. "But you don't need to talk to him about the sword."

My eyes widen and I started to back away. "What did you just say?" Tom just laughs. Wait....The hair, the laugh, Slytherin....It couldn't be.

"Besides you're too pretty to worry about something that's so old." Tom's hand touched my cheek which shocked me. 

I pulled off his hand. "Look, I don't know how you knew that but you need to leave me be." He chuckled then I was pulled closer to his body. It would seem that our bodies fit like puzzle pieces. His lips became close to my ear. "Oh come on sweetheart. I thought you were smart." Sweetheart! That's it! He wrote the note, put the love spell on Albus that almost ruined the Potter boys.

"Whatever you are planning against the Potter's leave me out of it." He smirked.

"It has just begun, sweetheart."
