Li's P.O.V

"Hey Charlie, wakey-wakey!" I sing-songed, ruffling his hair.

"Huh?" He asked, rubbing his eyes as he sat up.

"Come on! Today we're going sightseeing!" I chirped cheerfully. Charlie gave me a weird look. I'm probably a bit too cheerfully. I guess he isn't used to seeing me happy. I ignored his expression and continued to get ready. "Come on come on come on!"

"Okay okay okay okay!" Charles groaned. "I'm coming!" Thirty minutes later, we were out at Champs-Élysées. It's like a shopping center, although I'm not the one to pick this place. Charles did. I don't need to shop. But Charlie was so excited that he literally dragged me through the crowded place, going into every shop and buying so many things he doesn't need. Like, what the fuck boy? You don't need all that clothing.

Then since he forced me to go shopping, I forced him to come to the Jardin du Luxembourg. At first he complained, but then after seeing how beautiful it is, he stopped and started fawning over it. In fact, I had to pick him up to get him away from the place. Soon, it was night and we went to the famous Eiffel Tower. It was lighted up like a Christmas tree. Even though I have seen it plenty of times before (not in pictures), I was still amazed by the sight.

"Wow..." Charlie breathed, his eyes shining as he stared up at the tower. "Beautiful..." Was what he said after five minutes.

I walked in front of him, hands in my jacket's pockets and I stared up at the Eiffel Tower and smiled gently. Then I turned my head to look at Charlie and smirked. "You just realized?" I watched as he tried to scowl at me but failed. Charlie had this weird shocked expression on his face, eyes wide, as he stared at me. I continued to smirk at him before turning back around to look at the Eiffel Tower. I walked forward, forgetting about Charlie for the moment. I was too busy looking up that I didn't realize I bumped into someone until three seconds after.

"Sorry," I muttered in French, lowering my gaze to see a tall boy. His body was just darkness because of all of the harsh lights shining behind him. I stared at him and I could feel his eyes on me even though I can't make out his face.

"It's okay," he finally replied. I gave him a smile before I tried to get around him to get on my way. But he grabbed me. I stopped and slowly turned to look at him when he yanked me closer to him. I let out a small gasp as his arms encircled me. "Where have you been all this time?" He murmured into my hair.

"I'm sorry, but did you mistake me for someone else, sir?" I mumbled.

"No, and don't call me 'sir', I'm Jaun," he said.

"Oh..." I didn't know what to say.

"What's your name?" Jaun asked.

"Li..." I mumbled again. Now, you may be thinking, why the fuck did you give him your name?! Well, it's not like it matters. Besides, Li is just my last name so...

"Li..." Jaun whispered.

"Jaun..." I tried to pull away from him gently but just ended up leaning away instead. "I'm just a stranger..."

"No...You're my soulmate, I could feel it," Jaun smiled at me. I awkwardly smiled back.

"If you're her soulmate, then who the fuck am I?" Someone growled in English. I turned but can only move halfway because I was still encased by Jaun's arms. I saw Charles.

"Charlie?" I asked in English, confused.

"Dude, who do you think you are?" Jaun snapped, his English had a cute accent in it, but he was clearly angry that Charles disturbed his 'special' moment.
