                   Charlie's P.O.V

When we went careening around the corner, I couldn't help it.

  I threw up.

Luckily, Li has prepared for me to puke and she held a paper bag under me, to catch my vomit.  She made a face.

"Hold it yourself please,"  Li said, handing me the bag.  A wave of the puke smell hit me.  I gagged and started throwing up again.  Li looked horrified.  I gave her a weak smile before putting my head back into the bag and started throwing up again.

  "Ugh,"  I groaned.

"Shut up,"  Li scolded.  "You should feel grateful that I'm not throwing you out the window."  I frowned at that.  An agonizing hour later (it wasn't really a hour), we arrived at the airport. Instead of going to the line, Li led me somewhere else.  We reached a private runway, where a small fancy plane is waiting for us.

"Wow,"  I breathed.  I looked at the airplane is awe.  "Damn, you got a fine plane!"  I declared.

"Um, thanks?"  Li rolled her eyes.  She led me into the plane, where an older girl was waiting for us.

  "Hello Psycho,"  she bowed.

"Hello Gina,"  Li returned.  "Why don't you get ready for flight?"

"Of course,"  Gina went to the cockpit.

"So she's the pilot?"  I asked.

"No shit, Sherlock,"  Li spat.  In a few minutes, I was in my seat, my belt buckled.  Li sat on the opposite seat to mine.

"This is [The] Dark Pilot, ready for flight,"  Gina radioed the tower.  Soon, we were climbing up into the air.  I let out a loud whoop.

"I believe I can fly!  I believe I can touch the sky!"  I sang.

"I believe I can kick you out of the plane and watch you die!"  Li sang-shot back.  I immediately shut up.  I looked out of the window in wonder.  I watch as cities flashed by, then the ocean.  Soon, we were on the opposite side of the Atlantic Ocean.  I saw the rolling green hills of countryside, the barren land of deserts.  More cities.  I was watching the world in wonder for God-knows-how-long.

"It's incredible, right?"  Li said softly.  I nodded, speechless.  "Get rest, you might not be able to sleep, because of jet lag."  I nodded again, but didn't dare tear my gaze out the window.  Finally, I looked away and settled down and prepared for sleep.

We touched down some hours later in China.  There was people everywhere.

"Welcome to China!"  Li exclaimed, looking around proudly.  She must be very fond of her homeland.  Well, her parents' homeland.  That leads me to thinking where exactly her parents are.  Do they know their daughter is this awesome?  Do they approve of the work she's doing?  I wanted to ask her but decided not to.  I would like to live a little longer please.  We walked to a buff Asian dude, near a limo.  "Zen,"  Li greeted him.

"Mistress Psycho,"  the dude nodded back.  I looked at him.  Zen was wearing a chauffeur's outfit and wore dark glasses.  Zen has short thick black hair and a handsome face.  He opened the door for Li, and Li ducked her head and went in.  I hesitated at first, but then went inside too.  Zen shut the door behind me and got into the driver's seat.  We drove for a long time and then we reached a compound.  We got out of the limo and then Zen drove away.

"This is the Chinese Fighter Girls' Compound,"  Li proclaimed.  "The biggest compound we have."  Sure enough, it was huge.  You can probably fit four Empire State Buildings on their side inside the compound and still have plenty of room to spare.  "However, that is not where a rat like you will be staying,"  she growled, bringing me out of my thoughts.  "We'll be staying in the guest compound, over there,"  Li pointed at a much smaller compound across the street.  I sighed.

"So, I'll just settle down here for a while?"  I asked.

"Yep, just rest a little before we go sightseeing,"  Li nodded.

"We're going sightseeing?!"  I felt my face lit up.

"Yes, I will not have the wonders of China go to waste.  We might stay here for a long time,"  Li sighed.

  Oh, was she wrong!
