Chapter 10 - A Sibling Rivalry and Our Mother Appears.

Hello Minna, I'm sorry it took so long to get this chapter up but I been having trouble writing it but it is here and I hope you all will enjoy it and thank you for patience without further ado here is chapter 10.

Your POV

I looked at Asterus confused but I feel as if I know him. "Who are you? I don't understand" I ask him. Asterus starts taking steps towards me and I stand defensively, ready to attack if anything happens.

"(Y/N) is it now?" Asterus asks and I nod cautiously.

"Yes, it is but what is going on," I ask him completely bewildered.

"Well to answer some of the questions you may have, you are one of four children to the goddess Nexus and your magic is like mine except for the elements we command," Asterus says as he stops a foot away from me. "Our mother lost track of you a year after we were born and she was heartbroken, using every resource she had to try and find you but to no avail" He continues with his story "Years later our brothers of water and earth perished only adding to her grief of losing you, Once your magic came into bloom, she sensed your power and sent me down here to Earth Land to retrieve you" He says as I cut him off.

"I'm not going anywhere with you," I say as I take Mira's hand and Mira stands next to me protectively. Asterus begins to look smug.

"Oh (Y/N), I wouldn't dream of taking you away... to be honest you'll be far more useful to me if we kept you on Earth Land" He says with a chuckle.

"What the hell are you planning Prime?" Mira asks him demandingly.

"Well since you asked... I'm planning to kill her, by absorbing her power I'll have everything I need to become a god" Asterus laughs manically "You see I was the person who killed our brothers and I absorbed their magic to obtain the power to become a god and as you are the only person standing in my way, I'm very sorry but you'll have to die my dear little sister" Asterus confesses and Mira's expression turns dark as her power begins to radiate from her.

"You dare even touch her and I'll make you regret the day you were ever born," Mira says in a deep demonic voice. "(Y/N), we'll take him down together" Mira looks straight into my eyes with a determined desire burning in her eyes, I give Mira's hand a squeeze and nod. Mira's power takes shape and she transforms into her Satan Soul known as Halphas.

"Hey, don't count us out... I want payback for being blown out of the action earlier" I hear a booming voice behind us. I turn around to see Natsu, Sting and Rogue running towards us.

"Natsu, are you guys ok?" I ask hastily and Natsu gives me a big grin.

"Yeah, we're fine, just a little pissed is all" Sting says cutting Natsu off a little.

"(Y/N), Lucy and the others are on their way here and we've got your back," Natsu says. I give Natsu a grateful hug and he blushes a little as Mira just looks at him.

"Remember the advice you gave me earlier Natsu, I think that applies to you as well," Sting says nervously and Natsu just laughs.

"One, I ain't flirting and two it's not just Mira that would kill me Lucy would too," Natsu says as a loud cough breaks through the moment.

"Sorry to break up the moment but I really must insist we proceed, I wouldn't want to keep the King waiting" Jura's voice clears as we get ready to fight.

"Just so you're aware sis, the only away this battle will end is if one of us dies," Asterus says as I look at him stunned.

"Prime your outnumbered, I'm pretty sure you've overestimated yourself," Sting says. I group us close together and whisper softly.
