**Ava's POV**
I eventually climbed out of bed and showered, the fresh cuts from late last night stinging and my head pounding from crying so much.

I have been avoiding my phone ever since I got home, I knew as soon as Rydel woke up she would be wondering why I went home and I didn't want to tell anyone what happened.

I felt embarrassed and pathetic, but mostly I felt used.

I heard my phone beep and tried to ignore it, but then I realized if I didn't answer, Rydel would come over, and I didn't want to face anyone right now, so I picked up my phone and opened the text.

Rydel: Hey where did you go?

Ava: I came home early, I had stuff to get done.

Rydel: oh okay, do you want to go to the beach after lunch with us? (:

I instantly typed no, but hesitated, Rydel would know something's up if I declined an offer to go to the beach, I loved the beach.

But I also didn't want to face her brothers...

Ava: I'm going to pass this time, I don't feel very well, maybe some other time?

**Rocky's POV**

We were in the kitchen eating lunch when Rydel suggested we go to the beach today.

Everyone agreed and I asked if she was going to invite Ava, I planned on asking her out today.

"She isn't coming, she said she doesn't feel good." Rydel frowned and walked up to her room to look for a swimming suit.

"I bet it's because we fucked last night." Riker grinned keeping his voice low so Rydel wouldn't hear.

I almost choked on my cereal, and quickly looked up.

"What! you like Ava?" Ross asked in surprise,

"Hell no, but she was pretty amazing in bed." He winked at Ross who just shook his head.

"Your a dick." I said, standing up and walking out.

I paused at Rydel's doorway, "count me out for the beach, I don't feel like going." I mumbled before shutting and locking my door.

If what Riker says is true, then I won't even have a chance with Ava, but the only way to find out is to ask her and hope it's not true.

**Ava's POV**

I sat on the couch watching TV for most of the day, to lazy to get up and do anything, and to keep my mind from thinking about what happened the previous night.

I must have fell asleep because I woke up to someone knocking, I opened to door and almost closed it again when I seen Rocky standing there.

"Hey, can I come in?"

"um.. okay?" I stepped aside, wondering what he was doing here,

"Listen Ava, I know why your avoiding us, my brother is an insensitive asshole who doesn't deserve a beautiful girl like you."
Rocky said, his voice angry.
