This really short and I am so sorry. But this prompt inspired me to make another one which is Alpha/Omega.

"Come back with me, Y/n! This is a war we are fighting we need your help." Rebekah says while she packs for the trip.

I fiddle with my fingers obviously nervous,"I don't think Niklaus wants to see me. The breakup was pretty bad." I hate remembering that day, it was so hectic and so painful for me.

"Y/n, that was about 50 years ago. If you don't talk him now, you might never have any relationship with him ever again. Niklaus might be a horrible person who took everyone I have ever loved and killed them but I won't let him lose his only light in the world." Rebekah says placing a hand on my shoulder.

This explains why I am back in New Orleans, the same town where I left Klaus I follow Rebekah into an old townhouse. The Abattoir! The beautiful old building that's been here for decades now, reminding me of the renaissance era.

I hear the slow chuckling of Nik as he walks down the stairs"Oh, oh, What do we have here? You're back, Y/N. Done with rendezvous with other men?"

"Oh, shut it Niklaus. You know that wouldn't do that. You used to claim that I would never be satisfied with anyone other than yourself." I tease as I stand right in front of him and poke him hard in the stomach. Niklaus opens his arms and me without thought, I hug him tightly.

I say snuggling myself deep into his neck, "I missed you, so much. I'm so sorry for leaving." He didn't respond but I know, he misses me too.

Little did I know Niklaus made a silent promise that he would never let me leave again.
