The Princess Diaries - Part One

- I was watching The Princess Diaries and I wanted to write something about it because I love it.

- It's going to be a little (teensy weensy) bit realistic. It's going to follow the movie plot but change some things because it's so ridiculous.

- I am full-blooded African so the kingdom is going to be in Africa like Wakanda.

- The setting is going to be a mix between Australia and the shitty country run by an idiot also know as America.

- So in Australia schools, we do not have the three months off in summer instead our holidays are spread out. Over Christmas is where our longest holiday is its like one month or more. There are four terms and between terms, there are breaks for like two or three weeks. Year 12s finish at the end of the third term and do exams at the start of term four. I am making the school system Australian because the American one doesn't make any sense to me.

- I keep making new series and I am so sorry. Sometimes I get so inspired. Irresistible is giving me some trouble (don't know if I should add or change a character) and I haven't even started on Apollo.

I am the black girl who hides at the back of her classroom hidden behind books and 13" inch Macbook. Pretending to do work but is actually reading smut or writing a book. I am invisible and I want to stay that way. There's nothing wrong with it being invisible and all I need is a couple friend to be set for school.

It's my twelfth year, my final year. I can finally taste freedom. Soon, I will be out of jail as known as Silver Oak Private School. By the name, it's a private school in the heart of Silver Oak. Yeah, they didn't think that hard for the name.

"Y/N? Y/N... Y/N? Y/N!" Mr Powell says trying to get my attention. I look up and Mr Powell is staring at me but don't forget the whole entire class finding this interesting.

Oh, no. I zoned out. This is bad, swipe the screen. Delete all tabs and pictures. Abort mission. I say, "Yes?"

"Some type of question," says Mr Powell.

I say, "right answer said really quite and some stuttering"

"Mr Powell, how did she get in this class? I am surprised she got through primary school (americanise as elementary school)," Lucille spats. Yep, she is Satan, Lucille is just a sweeter way of saying, Lucifer. (no hate to people named Lucille)

She has always hated me. I still don't know why because I think she is irrelevant to my life. She can talk all the shit she wants I don't give a flying fuck. With her bad attitude, I don't know how she got Kendrick. Kendrick Brown who is very attractive not that smart but is great at sports.

Choose and comment your Kendrick: Who do you want to fuck up your life? I know they are all light skin but there will be some hot, sexy dark skin.

I hope Mr Powell leaves me alone. He expects too much from me and thinks that I need some help to push to my the best version of me. Ugh, save me from this hell.

"Imma punch that dusty looking ass bitch. Looking like Neapolitan ice cream with that badass tan. How can your legs, face and arms all be totally bizarrely different shades like it isn't one body? One right hook in the right place, she's gone. Then she can stop talking all this shit," says Nayely before slamming her locker shut.

I grab my chemistry books and a couple candies. I say, "Let her be, don't waste your time on a leaf when you are the forest. She's always gonna talk shit. Anyway, I can't go to the library today. I am meeting my grandmother."

"Is that saying a Y/N classic?" Nayely laughs. Nayely and I are the only black girls in high school. There are a couple black boys like 7 of them. Diversity here is very low.  There is only like a hand full of people of different ethnics.

I quietly say,"...maybe." I look at my watch gasping when I see it. "Oh shit, I am gonna be late for my chemistry class. Usual spot." I start running to my class while yelling to Nayely.
