Ella waited inside the truck as Bella went to check inside for Jacob. Billy looked at her and he frowned. Ella sank lower in the passenger seat and wanted to die right there. She hated to see disappointment in other's faces. Bella came back fuming with anger, she slammed the door shut.

"What happened, Bella?"

"He said he's not there and so I told him we would wait, 'All night if we have to'." She quoted herself.

Ella couldn't help but to chuckle at the angry Bella.

"What?" Bella snapped at Ella.

"Nothing, you just look kind of silly when you're mad."

There was a comfortable silent.

"Billy looked at you weird." Bella said.

Ella sighed. "Well, I pretended to be fully human for the past year-ish and... he has the right to be mad, they all do, but they don't have the right to judge me in any-ahhh!" There was a loud tap on the window, Ella jumped and placed her hand over her heart, she looked at an angry Paul, Jared and Embry. "Holy... shiznets!"

Ella rolled down the window manually.

"Hello." Ella greeted quietly.

"AHH!" There was another loud tap and both Bella and Ella jumped, Bella went to Ella's side. Jacob saw how close Bella was to Ella and he had to control himself.

After they both calmed down, Bella and Jacob went off to the side and talked. Ella got off the car and waited on the driver's door. She leaned her back against the car and crossed her arms on her chest to keep her hands a little warm.

Ella shivered.

"I thought bloodsuckers couldn't feel." Embry spat a little angry.

"Shows how much you know about me, Em."

"Apparently not very well as I thought."

"You have no right to judge me like that, Embry, you don't know half the story-"

"OH? There's a story as to why you let those leeches turn you?!" Quil roared.

Ella was taken back by his out burst and so was everyone else. He was usually the cool one who tried to make the situation more tolerable but, he was angered by Ella's lies.

"You don't belong here!" Jared yelled.

"You're a liar! We let you in as one of the family and you stab us in the back!" Paul came closer to Ella shaking in anger and about to turn. Ella didn't really have anywhere to go. "How could you?!"

Paul raised his hand to strike Ella, but Sam stopped him.

"Paul!" Billy yelled.

Ella felt like the most horrible person.

Paul lowered his hand to his side and turned his back to Ella muttering unkind words. Bella freed herself from Jacob's iron grip and came over to Ella.

"Let's go." Bella said quietly.

Ella didn't hesitate and without a word to her former friends she got in the truck. Bella was angered by the guy's ignorance to hear Ella's side of the story.

When they got home, Charlie was there and he was out with Henry Clearwater, someone from La Push.

"I'm going to take a shower, night Uncle Chuck."

Charlie was surprised to hear his niece call him 'Uncle Chuck' again because lately she was calling him by his full name and always with attitude, now it was sweet and innocent as before.
