"Shit, Gee you gave me a scare, do you mind if I call you Gee?"

Gerard shook his head. She flashed him a smile. She removed the cigarette from her lips and exhaled.

"Well, gotta go."

"That's Frank's room and you're wearing the same clothes as from yes-oh, never mind."

Ella gave a sheepish smile. "Yeah, awkward, bye now."

"Bye." Gerard watched as Ella walked away. He bit his lip as he found himself staring at her ass. He always went for the unavailable girl for some reason.

Seeing Bella happy with Jacob made Ella green with envy. She wanted that. She wanted someone to hold her and tell her everything's going to be all right.

No matter how much time she spent with Frank she still had an empty hole in her heart. Most of the time her heart screamed telling her she should go to Edward and tell him she forgives him and she wants the rest of eternity with him because she didn't find any kind of meaning of life without him.

But then it was immediately shut down.

---March---

She packed the rest of her clothes and took them downstairs. She was getting ready for the next morning. It was the departure for the big tour Projekt Revolution. She was so excited and really looking forward going to Europe and Asia because this tour was going to places like Japan, Germany, Italy, France and England.

At dinner Charlie spent as much time as he could with his niece because he wasn't going to see her until June when she had to come back for the finals in Forks and for graduation.

"Kick it! Kick it, damn it!" Ella cheered as she and her Uncle watched a recorded soccer game from earlier. "NOOOOO!!!" The guy kicked the ball but it hit the post and bounced back and the other team recovered the ball. "Great." She slumped on the couch and pouted with her arms crossed.

"Aw, sad because Chivas is losing?" Charlie playfully taunted his niece and snickered as she feigned a glare at her Uncle.

"You know, Uncle Chuck, I regret introducing you to soccer, if I had known you would root for America, the enemy; I would've never showed you the glory of soccer."

"Well, I'm glad you did because it brought us closer." He put his arm around his niece's neck and brings her in for a hug and kisses the top of her head. "You're going to leave for a while and I'm going to miss you. I mean, now that Bella was Jacob I'm going to be left alone. By the way, which schools did you get into?"

Ella had received a ton of acceptance letters. She had applied to many in September.

"Uh, well, I got into Washington State, USC, and Mount St. Mary-an all girl Catholic school-and I think the last one was... NYU."

"You picked collages far away, why?" He's voice concerned.

"Unlike Bella, I don't like to be in a place filled with memories that hurt." The words slipped out of her lips unintentionally.

"Ella," She knew that tone she was going to have to tell him. "Did you and Edward ever have... chemistry?"

Ella chuckled and pulled away from the hug.

"I'm an awful person, Uncle; I've done... things... I am most definitely not proud of... I mean I've stolen, cheated, and lied." She looked at her stunned Uncle. "But that's beside the point. While Bella and Edward were together... sparks lit between me and Edward."

You could hear the hurt in her voice and Charlie couldn't blame her.

"I never wanted to... fall for him, but... my heart didn't listen to my brain, Uncle. Don't blame Edward because it's also my fault."
