Xavier's POV

I was laying in my bed thinking about life.

I thought about my future I wanted a wife and a few bad ass kids but everything in my future included Keyanna.

She was going to be my wife some day , the mother of my kids, and the one I grew old with.

I layed there for 5 more minutes with my phone in my hand trying to figure out what I wanted to say.

10 mins later

I just decided to call and speak directly from my  heart. Im not going to practice no sob ass apologize. I'm just going to say what I feel.

*ring**ring**ring **ring *

Just as I was about to hang up I heard the phone connect.

I started before she could even say hello.

Keyanna please just listen to me I'm so sorry -

I stop mid - sentence when I heard

"Why you running babygirl you not happy to see your daddy." I heard a Man say

"Please just let me leave alone , pleaseeeeee "I heard Keyanna plead I never heard so much fear in her voice.

At this point I had disconnected the call ,threw on my sweats, and grabbed my 9". I was going to save my girl.

Keyanna POV

I pray that Xavier heard what was going on over here.

I am so glad he called when he did .

As soon as I was thrown to the ground my phone started vibrating so I pushed answer as my dad locked the door.

After my plead for him to just leave

He laughed.

"Why are you back after eight years why are you back?" I asked angry and curious.

"Honestly my wife and kid that I actually  love died. I never laid a finger on that women she changed me.......then your hoe ass mother got her killed.."

He must have seen the look of confusion on my face because he continued.

"When I left y'all eight years ago I went to stay in Atlanta.My second year there I meet my beautiful wife Gabriel. A lil over a  year ago I  moved us  back here. Long story short my wife went to the store one day and seen a Man holding your mom at gunpoint being the Good Samaritan she was she tried to help.  The Man turned and shot my pregnant wife twice......once in the stomach and another in the chest. While your hoe ass mama ran away.So since she is the reason my wife is dead I'm going to make y'all lives a living hell because killing y'all would be too easy......."he paused "where the fuck the lil bastard she was pregnant with ?"

"She...she.... died" I lied stuttering

"Oh" he said with no remorse

"You know I always wondered what you would feel like" he said inching towards me messing with his belt buckle.

I started to cry he was going to rape me his own daughter.
