Xavier POV

"Did you kill him?" she asked looking up at me .

"You sure you wanna know the answer to that" I asked looking her in her eyes

She nodded

"He's dead........."I paused to see her reaction the look on her face was emotionless

"But I didn't kill him I had someone else to do it because I didn't want you to live on knowing I'm the one who killed your father. " I said studying her reaction

"Good......."she said quietly "he deserves everything y'all did to him" she said starring off into space

I sat there quietly I didn't know what to do  or  how to respond so I just held her until we both feel asleep.

That Morning

I woke up around 7am and did my hygiene. I wanted to get up early enough so I can go visit Ace and go check up on the trap.Then I can come home and chill with my girl.

After throwing on my clothes for the day I wrote Keyanna a note and gently kissed her forehead before getting in my Charger heading to the hospital.

Keyanna POV

I woke up to an empty bed. All I wanted at this moment was to watch a movie with him but he was gone ..I sighed and started to get up  when I seen a note with my name on it.

Babe I'm going to to go check up on Ace I'll be back no later than eight the keys to the Range and The Benz are on the kitchen table next to my black card go buy you Amere whatever y'all want.

I smiled at his thoughtfulness moments like these are why I truly love him.

Grabbing my phone off the nightstand I quickly texted Toya.

Me:Toya you wanna go shopping with me.

Toya: -_- when have I ever passed up a chance to go shopping what time I gotta come get you is the question.

Me:Toya you are a mess and I'll come scoop you be ready in an hour .

Toya: Alr.

I went into Xavier's walk-in closet and pulled out  one of the outfits I had over his house.

After about twenty minutes   I decided on my black denim jeans a bulls sweatshirt and my bred 11's all courtesy of Xavier.

After I did my hygiene and got dressed I went into the guest room where Amere was sleeping and woke her up.

"Amere wake up." I said shaking her.

She turned over "5 more minutes Yanni."

I laughed that was here favorite line 5 minutes will turn into 2 hours messing with this girl.

"Amere get up so we can go shopping. " I said knowing that would get her attention.

"Shopping ??" she said slowly getting up "Im not that tired anymore Yanni." she said rubbing her eyes.

I laughed she is truly something else

"OK Amere you got twenty-five  minutes to do your hygiene and get dres- "
