Xavier POV
I have never been this nervous in my life and this is coming from a man who has killed before. I have also had police behind me when I had a trunk full of work.But this is by fair the scariest thing I have ever done.
I heard her opening the clutch I had on the bed so I know she would soon be opening the door.
I was all sweaty and my mind was filled with what-ifs .What-if she doesn't like it , what-if she says....
I was interrupted from my thoughts when I heard the door to the bathroom open.
To late to turn back now I thought to myself.
The look on her face was priceless.
It eased some of my nerves I looked in her eyes I seen shock, happiness, love and mostly just shock.
Everything I had practiced to say to her flew out the window when I seen her enter that door.
She looked so good with that new hair she had me ready to take her in the room and.............
I was interrupted from my thoughts again.
"Xavier what are you doing" she asked barely above a whisper
I smiled at her and motioned for her to come closer.
When she was in arms reach I grabbed her hands into mine and looked deeply into her eyes while staying on my one knee .
"Keyanna I love you with all my heart, without you there is no me, I love everything about you, your smile , your laugh, you talk, your walk, or the little face you make when your mad" I laughed a little before countinuing "You know I never thought I would find a girl that I would wanna wake up to everyday but with you I can't imagine waking up without you. I guess what I'm trying to say is I want you to be Mrs.Wright. Keyanna Dior Williams will you marry me?" I said as I pulled out the 14 carat ring that she fell in love with when she seen on her idol Ciara's hand.
She gasped and held her chest letting the tears flow freely down her cheeks.
"Yes....."she said whispered. Then she cleared her throat "Yes Xavier I will marry you" she said a little louder and smiling.
I slid the ring on her finger and stood up wiping her tears away.
"I love you Xavier" she said looking up at me.
"I love you more" I said as I leaned in and kissed her deeply.
I picked her up while her legs wrapped around my waist. I gently laid her on the bed and we all know what happened next.
Keyanna POV
Later on that day around 7pm
"Babe wake up" he said gently nudging me.
"Huh." I said rolling over
"Get up" he said slapping my butt.
"OK Xavier I'm getting up." I said rolling my eyes.
"Roll em again and ima have you around here limping" he said grindding his hips .
I laughed
"You got an hour to get ready and wear the outfit I bought you" he said walking out the room.
"An hour how am I suppose to be ready in an hour" I screamed.
He didn't respond he just laughed.
Huhhh I sighed and hurried out the bed to take a quick fifteen minute shower.
After my shower I lotioned my body and put on my underwear.
