The grey bunny trudged sleepily through the lobby of the ZPD, stopping at the service desk where Clawhauser sat.

"You okay, Judy?" The cheetah asked as he finished a his first box of doughnuts. He raised an eyebrow when he saw her wearing a scarf.

Judy picked up a pen and signed herself in. "I'm fine...just got a few hours of sleep." She yawned before walking on to her office.

She opened the door to see Nick at his new desk on the opposite side of hers. Chief Bogo must've made them official partners if Nick had a desk and other supplies in her office.

Nick's ears lifted up and he spun around in his swivel chair. "Hey Judes." He greeted, handing her a cup of coffee.

The bunny gratefully took it and sat in her chair. She didn't bother looking at Nick, for she could sense his disappointment.

"Judy could I ask you something?" The fox said in a calm tone, trying to stop his growing annoyance.

"Not right now."  She muttered, laying her head on her desk.

Nick rolled his eyes, "Why didn't you go home at the time you said you would?"

"I did." She said through the fabric of her arm sleeve when she crossed them to lay her head on.

"Zoey said you got home at around one thirty am. Why?"

"I was out with a friend. I told you."

"Til one thirty?" His voice rose.

Judy sat up and glared at him. "I went to see a movie with that friend. The movie didn't end until one ten."

"What were you doing the other twenty-five minutes?"

She paused to think. "I was d-driving home."

Nick squinted his eyes before groaning, "Judy what's that?" He pointed to an exposed spot on her neck.

The bunny followed his finger then quickly rearranged her scarf. "What are you talking about?"

The red fox stood up, approaching her and extending his claws to rip the fabric of the scarf. When the fabric fell, What he once saw was revealed..

Two small but visible bruises on the side of her neck.

Nick froze in utter shock. "J-Judy...are those-"

"No. It's not what you think." She protested, getting nervous.

"So what, bruises like that just magically appear out of nowhere?" He argued, examining her neck.

"It's just a bruise-"

"Those are hickeys, Judy!"
The fox exclaimed, staring the bunny in the eyes.

Judy's eyes started to water up. "I'm sorry." She squeaked out, ashamed of herself.

Nick glared at her in disappointment. "Really Judy?" His voice lowered to a saddened tone. He stood straight up, sighing, ears pinned to his skull. "I thought you trusted me." He opened his phone.

"But that was a lie." He said, deleting a picture of them when Nick got his police certificate.

"And I thought you loved me," He swiped to a picture of them hugging, and deleted it.

His phone notified that it was dying so he turned it off.
He grabbed his coffee and headed towards the door. "Guess I was wrong." He muttered as he continued walking.

He stopped by the door, turning back at her. "How could you be such a slut, Judy? I expected so much more from you."

"Oh and....your French fries are in the break room."
