I gasped silently.Yeah,Minho is my best friend,but I only had eyes for a particular blondie.Yep,it's Newt.I glanced at Newt then looked at Minho.Might as well,he would never like me...I leaned in and gave him a small peck.I heard Thomas groan."More!!!!"He yelled.I rolled my eyes."That's enough Thomas".None of them knew about my crush on Newt,so they assumed I like Minho due to the amount of time I spend with him.However,though,Minho was the only one who knew.I sat back down and we continued the game.I occasionally looked at Newt to see if he was okay and his eyes held sadness and...jealousy???No,it can't be.Whatever.We continued with the game."NEWT!Who do you like?"Teresa asked."I didn't even pick-" "Well too bad.Answer it!" "Uhh,I uh...Grace"I knew it!I knew he had a thing for her.I could see it in his eyes.Oh well.I knew he would never like me.

Why did I say grace?!What is wrong with me?!Oh well.I knew I had no chance with her.After a few more minutes,we ended the game and went the homestead.Just as I was about ready to sleep,I heard someone call my name."Newt?Newt,are you still awake?I need to uhm,ask you something"I looked at who was talking,hoping it was Y/N.Unfortunately,it was Grace."Yes,Grace?" "Umm,well since you like me,and I uh happen to like you too,maybe we should like...go out or something?"something.pleease something."Uhm,sure"Shuck!Why?!"Okay,cool!I was thinking we could eat lunch together"She smiled."Er,sure"I smiled back."Alright,goodnight Newtie"She said."Goodnight,love"She giggled and walked to where the girls were.I sighed."Dude!you're so lucky man!"I turned around and saw Thomas smiling at me.I forced a smile back."Yeah,yeah whatever.I'm going to sleep.Night"I said sadly.I know I should be happy but Y/N is the only one who can make me truly happy,and now I've lost her.

I watched as Grace talked to Newt.I sighed.Just then Grace walked to us looking all happy."Woah there,Gracie.What's got you in such a happy mood?" "Oh,no big deal.It's just that,I finally got the courage to ask Newt out since I knew he liked me too and he said yes!"She practically yelled.Oh..."Oh...Well,that's...Great!I guess"I said,muttering the last part to myself."Look,girls.I'm gonna go to sleep now,goot a lot of running to do tomorrow!"I tried to say as happily as I could.I heard a few of them say goodnight as I walked to my hammock,which was next to Minho's,since we were both runners and partners.(idk if it's confusing but for now,the gladers sleep tgt depending on their job so the runners sleep tgt ik its not like that but oh well)"Hey" "Oh,hey Minho" "Well uh,I was thinking...I mean,I know you like Newt but ever since you kissed me,I've been feeling something strange.Like,I'm attracted to you or something.And I know it'll sound weird but...Do you want to try and maybe...Go out,to see how this goes?"Minho asked with a little hope in his voice.Say no!You only have feelings for Newt!But he is going out with Grace,isn't he?I argued with myself for a little bit."Y/N?Is that a yes or a no?""Uh,ummm..."Say no!Say no!"Sure"Wow okay.Well,at least it's worth a shot."Cool!So uh,goodnight for now I guess" "Alright,goodnight"I smiled at him.

I woke up,gasping for air.That's it.If I'm in a relationship with Minho,I'm going to forget my feelings towards Newt.From now on.

"Hey,Hon!"Minho said cheerily as I approached him."Hey,MinMin!"He groaned."You know I hate that nickname,right?"I giggled and replied,"Yeah,I know.But you look so cute when you're annoyed"I poked his dimple as he smiled.Just as we hugged,we heard someone clear their throat."Uh...Sorry to interrupt but breakfast is ready"We turned our heads to see Newt awkwardly standing there."Yay!I'm starved"I said.Minho laughed."You're so cute"I blushed and looked at the ground."Alright,let's go!"I said as I looked at Newt's eyes.Wait...Was he upset about this?I could see it in his eyes...No!Don't think about him!I sighed as we walked to the place where we ate.
