I smiled as I hurried along the path. Waiting for Mikey. My torch flicked across the path searching for him. Suddenly I heard a noise, "Jana? What are you-" I swung my torch and came face to face with Mikey, who'd just kissed me a day ago. And he was now kissing Elise.

A gasp slipped through my lips. My torch fell from my hand and I ran, not processing what just happened beside the fact that Micheal kissed Elise. I didn't know where I was going, I just ran and ran as far as could get from him. Why would he? What did he do it for? Was he just messing with me?

In my blind escape, I didn't notice a umbrella thorn bush nearing at a rapid pace. My arm whacked into it and a strangled yell thick with emotion left my mouth. I kept going, trying to ignore the sting. Quickly thinking of a place I can go to, I took a sharp left. I slowed down as I spotted the dying embers of the fire pit near the mess hall. I sat down on the cold brick benches quietly, clutching my aching arm.

I just needed some time to make sense of everything: Mikey kissed me yesterday. Sent me a stupid letter. Then kissed Elise...

I let it sink in slowly, trying to make sense of my thoughts that were running around my head. A tear made its path down my cheeks quietly, as if it didn't want to be noticed.

"Sorry to bother you..." a quiet voice sounded beside me

My head snapped up while I quickly wiped my cheeks. "Sorry, I was just leaving."

"You really don't have to, I just wanted to ask if you wanted some coffee or something?" I realized it was one of the kitchen staff who must've been busy cleaning up still.

I smiled weakly, "Dankie, but I think... I need to go talk to someone." I jumped up and jogged over to the dorms, everything sinking in.

I didn't understand. He was so true and loving and he was mine. I crept to Bongi's room. I didn't even bother to knock. I went in and began to cry again. The floodgates opened and sobs wracked my body. I was so stupid! How could I fall so quickly? I should've know this was going to happen!

Bongi moaned, "Ugggghhhh, I'm sleeping!" She sat up rubbed her eyes. Her eyes trailed over to me, curled up in the corner of her room.

"Jana! Jana what's wrong? What happened?" She helped me up and led me to the couch after turning on the lights. "Jana, what happened? Jana?"

"It was him....him! He did it. He was there and she was there and they were there and... and..." I stuttered.

"Who is he?" she asked in her most softest voice.

"M-Michael. He wrote a note to meet him at 12:00 and I saw him and h-he was th-there with Elise and he k-kissed her. And he was shocked that I was there. He was just messing with me b-because he likes her. And...please Bongs, please help me." I said

At first she looked completely lost and then she realized. "He is such a annoying, backstabbing traitor! He kisses you yesterday and NOW! All this time he says Elise is annoying. Elise is a useless fool and NOW WHAT! He KISSED HER!" She was yelling at the top of her lungs.

"Shhhhhh! He might come here," I mumbled

She lowered her voice only a tiny bit. "Jana, you can't let a weirdo like him affect you. He is SUCH A BRAT! UUUGGHHHHHH!" She kicked her cupboard and her bed and her couch. She seemed madder than me. "Tomorrow, we don't talk to him, we ignore him. If he starts warming up to you or making excuses, cut him off and walk to me. I'll punch him, I'll..destroy the poophol! And no more nicey, nicey to Elise." her voice softens, "I just don't want you to get hurt anymore." At this point Amelie and Millies run in.
