You sighed as you made your way through the dark school parking lot that was filled with other student's cars. It was the night of the school's Annual Masquerade Ball and everyone was there, everyone including you. You were going with your best friend Ari because you promised her that you would go with her. Lot's of guys had asked you to the dance but you turned them down because you didn't want her to feel alone or be alone. Your phone lit up and buzzed in your hand. You unlocked it and and looked it and looked at it to see that Ari was calling you. You accepted the call and pressed the phone up to your ear.

You-"Hey Ari."

Ari-"Hey! Where are you?!"

You could tell that she was already inside because of the loud music that was blasting on the other end of the line.

You-"I'm in the parking lot."

Ari-"Well get your butt in here girlfriend!"

You-"Be there in a sec."

Ari-"Alright!"

You ended the call and continued walking until you reached the front doors of the school. You saw a guy standing there with a mask on, doing something on his phone. He looked up at you and then looked back down at his phone. You put your mask on before opening the door and walking inside of the building. You could already hear the loud music blasting. You walked down the long hallway that led you to the gym, where the dance was taking place. You smiled before opening the door and slowly walking inside. A blast of cold air immediately hit you, giving you chills. You shivered a little before walking through the sea of people, looking for Ari. What made it even harder find her was the fact that it was a Masquerade Ball, everyone wore masks. You continued looking for her, eventually giving up because she was no where to be found. You walked over to the food table and grabbed a red cup. You walked over to the punch bowl and poured yourself some punch. You put the cup up to your lips and took a sip of the punch. As you were doing so, a guy walked up to the table and poured himself some punch. Once he was done, he stood there and took a sip. You took another sip and glanced at him, your eyes immediately meeting his gorgeous brown eyes. You quickly looked away, smiled and looked down. He kept his eyes on you as he took another sip of punch.

Guy-"Hey!"

You looked up at him and smiled. It was hard to see who he was because of the mask he was wearing. The only thing you could see was his brown spiked up hair, his gorgeous golden brown eyes, and his perfect pink plump lips.

You-"Hi!"

He took a another sip of his drink before speaking again.

Guy-"What's your name?!"

You-"*yn*!"

Both of you had to yell over the loud music.

Guy-"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl!"

You brightly smiled and nervously played with your fingers. A light chuckle escaped his lips.

You-"What's your name?!"

Guy-"Justin!"

You-"Hot name for a hot guy!"

He chuckled at your attempt to mock him.

Justin-"So.. where's your date?!"

You looked down in embarrassment.

You-"I don't have one!"

He looked at you in shock.

Justin-"What's a beautiful girl like you doing here with out a date, all alone?!"
