Aislinn’s P.O.V:

I did my morning stretches before I went off into the bathroom to take a shower. As I hopped inside, my mind reflected back to the fight that I had with Rhiannon on Friday. I’ve been hard on her lately, I must admit. I mean, she's a quiet, average girl that keeps to herself. Who am I to change how she is? I’ve heard from Maxine that she was in the hospital for a couple of days now. I felt awful when I heard the news, but I hope she's alright. After ten minutes, I dried myself off and went into my room to get dress. I picked out a turquoise blouse with a pair of dark coloured skinny jeans, which goes perfectly with my magenta flats. I combed my hair in the shape of a pompadour and grabbed my purse which was also magenta and left. “Aislinn, are you ready to go?”

“Yeah, I’m coming down right now!” I yelled from the top of my lungs.

I advanced to the kitchen where I found Maxine chugging down on a gallon of milk like some crazed animal. She turned around and in shock, she dropped the milk on the floor causing a huge mess. I laughed hysterically at her mishap. Thank god for humor! “Seriously Maxine, sometimes I still wonder if we’re really related."

“Really, that's how you’re going to treat your only sister? Fine. I hope you’ll remember that when you need me to bail you out from getting in trouble.” She said while giving me a smirk.

“Alright, alright. You caught me. Well, see you later sis.”

“Bye girl. Oh and tell Rhiannon I said Hi.”

“Okay.”

I closed the door and hopped into my car (2012 Toyota Prius). It's was my birthday present when I had turned sixteen. My mom is so awesome, I just wished that she's here right now; I miss her so much. I reversed out the driveway and made me way to school. I’m so glad that today is Wednesday; all those countless hours of listening to teachers blab about nothing is driving me crazy. One more bitch fit, and I'm going to lose it. I finally reached at Roman Heitts with 30 minutes to spare. I was hoping to get here early so I can met with Rhiannon since she takes the bus. I told this girl to try and persuade her mom to get her a ride for school, but the poor girl choked. Seriously man, she needs to start putting her foot down. Speaking of the devil, here she comes right now. As soon as the bus made its stop, all the kids descended leaving her to be the last one to get off as usual. But for some reason, Rhiannon looks quite different from the last time I’ve seen her. Her skin is now more rosy than before, and although she's still wearing the same obsolete clothes she usually wears, she looks pretty fine. Is something wrong with my eyes, because right now, I think I’m just yammering a bunch of gibberish.

“Rhiannon, hey girl! You’re okay!” I gave her a hug.

“Yeah, I’m okay. You’re not mad at me?” She backed away with a questioned look on her face.

“No. I’m sorry if I've been harsh on you the other day. It wasn’t cool of me to do that.”

“Hey, don’t worry about it. I know what you were doing was in your best interest for me; and for that, I thank you. Besides, you’ve opened my eyes to myself. If it weren’t for you, I’ve wouldn’t even notice.”

“Well, as long as you’re cool with it. So, tell me how was your stay at the hospital.”

Bing!

“C’mon, lets head to Ms. Farley's class before she flips. I’ll tell you what happened on the way....”

"No way. Rhiannon, why you didn't tell me this earlier?" I sat there, hitting her with my spiral notebook. I'm shocked that she's kept this a secret for so long, although it did happened yesterday. "Did you like it? Was it spontaneous?"
