Aislinn's P.O.V:
I took my drive to school, after I finish getting a bite to eat at Cheers. My mind still runs towards the direction of Rhiannon. I wonder how she's holding up at the hospital; I hope she didn’t do anything wrong. All this week, I couldn’t focus on school work or anything else. The strain of having the idea that your sister could probably die, scares me to death at times. I hardly get any sleep too, my body feels like I’m going through an uphill spiral. Sooner or later, I probably have to check myself into the hospital too. Besides, even though, I can escape the deep and depressing tension at home, at least I can hang with Rhiannon. It's been awhile since we actually had a real conversation without her freaking out and switching from personality to personality. I wonder if all those times when she always falls onto her knees and plead for mercy was her or just one of them. Frankly, at this point, I just hope that she gets better.
“Aislinn! Aislinn! Wait up!” I turned around to see the loner boy, Drew sprinting his way over here. He look as though, he had been in a tussle with someone. I glance back and realized that he doesn’t have his hat on, nor his sweater. That’s Drew's favorite accessories. It's rare to seem him without them.
“Hey Drew! What's up!” I tried to make myself seem as though I was actually happy; that I’m not stressing over what's going on around me. I hope he doesn’t see through my smile.
“Nothing much. Look, have you seen Imogen?”
“Imogen?” I stared into his eyes, flabbergasted. I never knew he know about Rhiannon's state. But how?....
“Yeah; she's your best friend, about five foot eight inches tall, has this long beautiful, jet black hair. “
“You mean Rhiannon?”
“You still called her that? She hates being called Rhiannon.”
“Do you know what's going about her?” I wanted to know if he knew; and if he did, I wonder who else had known too, other than me and Kimiko.
“No. Are you okay, Aislinn? You seem a bit off.” Drew had a concerned look on his face, which puts me in the state of sudden relief. Thank god, he’ would’ve been crushed if he knew.
“Yeah I’m okay, and no I haven’t seen her. It's been awhile.”
“I find it weird how she just vanished after we just made love to each other the other day. I wonder if she's avoiding me.” His face had a sullen look on it. My mind reflected back to the time when “Imogen” had told me about her hook up with Drew. If you’re still wondering where I was last night, I was with Drew.......and it was awesome. I thought he was just a shy guy but I guess I turned him out a bit.... She was too happy about that, why would she just leave?
“Oh yeah. I totally forgot about your “night” together.” I said as I gave him a slight punch in the arm.
“Oh boy. She told you............. I wish I have my hat and hoodie right now.”
“Don’t be embarrassed........................................................................ Besides, she told me that you were awesome...............” Drew turned to me with a flushed look on his face. His cheeks was cherry tomato red and I stood there waiting for him to find the right words to say.
“Oh....................... that's cool.”
“So you’re so Drew!!!! I wonder what “Imogen” ever saw in you!” I pushed him down and began running with a striking grin on my face. I love messing around with that kid, it's like i’m playing with the brother that I’ve never had. Finally, I can feel some kind of joy in my life. He chased after me until we reached into the halls. There was a crowd of students gathering around in the middle of it.
