Tyler stared at his steering wheel for just a second.

He was going to meet Josh.

He remembered the last name Josh gave him. Dun. Josh Dun.

He unbuckled his seat belt and hopped out of his car.

Josh needed him. That's what's stopping him from not turning around and drive away.

He closed his car door and started heading over to the hospital entrance. He felt sorrow has he saw a small group of people crying and holding flowers and balloons that said "Get well soon!". They were all hugging. One kid was almost screaming. It was painful just to watch.

He bit his cheek to stop any emotions from wavering through and he entered the door.

His steps now fast-paced as he stepped up to the main desk.

"Name and ID, please," the desk lady requested.

"Tyler Joseph, and..." he pulled his ID out of his pocket. "Here," he murmured as he handed the ID over.

"Who are you here to see?" The woman asked, typing something into a computer.

"Joshua Dun," Tyler said quietly.

"May I ask you for your relationship with him?" The woman questioned, handing back Tyler's ID.

"Friend. I'm taking him home today, since he has no one else," Tyler explained. He hoped he was convincing, because he sure sounded nervous.

"So you're not family? Is that correct?" She asked once more.

"No," Tyler grunted.

"Okay. You can go see him. Room 3036. Floor three," she said as she handed him a sticker that said "Visitor".

Tyler stuck the sticker onto him and left towards the elevator.

He pressed the button with the 3 on it and up he went. (Nyoom)

He stepped through the hallway, searching for a number with 36 at the end of it.

He halted right when he saw it. His breath hitched.

He knocked the door lightly.

"Come in," a deepish voice said.

He opened the door slowly and saw a boy. He had bright yellow hair and a cast connected to his torso. He was sitting on the edge of the bed. As he looked up, all of the bland sadness left his eyes and a smile tore through his face.

"Tyler," he said excitedly. He stood up. He was in pain, but he wasn't paying attention to that. His friend was here.

"Josh," Tyler smiled brightly.

He examined the boy. He was exactly how Tyler imagined: perfect.

"I'm so happy I can finally see you, now," Tyler smiled.

Josh nodded in agreement.

"I just have to sign you out, right?" Tyler asked. Josh nodded. He seemed shy. All he's said so far was Tyler's name.

"You're all ready to leave, right?" Tyler questioned. Josh, once again, nodded.

"You don't have to be shy with me, Joshy," Tyler teased. "Don't worry. I'm nervous too. We can be nervous together. Just don't be afraid of me," he paused, looking at Josh. "Please?"

"O-okay. I won't b-be shy. I'm sorry, Tyler," Josh looked down. Tyler reached out his hand. Josh looked up at him, a confused look spread across his face. One eyebrow was raised.

"C'mon, babe," Tyler joked.

Josh blushed severely. If he wasn't uncomfortable before, he sure was uncomfortable now.

Josh breathed in deeply and took Tyler's hand. It was soft, which almost made Josh giggle. He watched as Tyler glanced up in surprise. Apparently Josh was much stronger than he imagined.

Tyler led Josh out and to the front desk. Soon enough, Josh was free to go, and off they went.
