Sammy's POV
"Kale! Where are the keys to the car?" I said looking under the couch cushions. I was tearing this apartment apart.
"They are right on the counter" He said throwing them at me.
"thanks....I'm going to get coffee with Grayson" I said grabbing my purse. Just then Wyatt walked into the kitchen just in his boxers.
"When I get home we can talk about Wyatt getting his own apartment and maybe a pair of pants!" I said while putting on my shoes. Kale glared at the half naked guy getting milk out of the fridge.
"I think he is perfectly fine" Kale said
"Then how about you guys get married" I said walking to the door.
"Sam....do we really have to?" Kale said walking to me
"Haha....really funny. He needs to get his life together! Since you told him he didn't have to pay rent, just you and I have been paying rent! He even quit his job! It's either you get him on his right path or I am moving out, Kale" I said
"Sam! You have to be joking....this isn't fair! If this was Lexi you wouldn't throw her out!"
"I wouldn't cause she would be paying rent and actually be smart enough to not let her life get off track!" I said
"We will talk about this later. Just get out of here" he said kissing my lips.
"At least talk to him" I said
"Yes" He said. I got in my car and fixed my lip stick.
When I got to Starbucks. I made sure I looked good and walked in. I saw Grayson sitting at a table on his phone. I walked towards him and he must have heard me cause he looked up. He licked his lips because I know I look amazing. He got up and walked towards me.
"Hey...you look amazing" He said
"Thank you...should we get in line" I asked
"Yeah"
After we got our drinks we sat down at a table. I started eating my muffin.
"So....how are you and Kale?" he asked me
"Why do you always ask me this? You really want me to say bad, don't you?" I said
"I actually do" He said laughing
"Graysonnnnnn. That is so rude!" I said kicking him under the table. He started laughing and I did too.
"Come on! We knew from day one. That you were meant to be with me. Kale isn't successful" Gray said seriously.
"Grayson, I am not trash talking my boyfriend! I love him and I want to be with him." I said
"Do you see a future with him?"
"Yes, I do.....what kind of a question is that?" I said
"Well you want kids with him? Isn't Wyatt still living with you?"
"What kind of question is that!!! Grayson, please stop" I said sitting uneasy
"Is his dick-" He started to say but I got up and left. I was going to my car when I heard Grayson coming after me.
"Sam, come on...We can go somewhere else" he said coming over to me
"I thought having a coffee would make us better. But you are still the asshole you were before!" I said opening the door to my car. He closed it.
"You are not leaving! I have been waiting forever to see you again and you bring Kale! This is my time with you now" He said
"You are so funny! I don't wanna deal with you" I said. I got in the car and slammed the door closed. He stood on the sidewalk watching me. I tried to start my car but it wouldn't start. This is so embarrassing. He is watching me.....omg. I got out of the car frustrated.
"Do you want a ride home?" He asked me
"No, I don't! I don't want you to know where I live" I said pulling out my phone. I called Kale.
"Hey baby" Kale said
"hey....can you pick me up. My car is broke. It won't start" I said with a sigh
"Yeah. I will be there in 10" He said hanging up. I sat on curb and Grayson sat next to me. He grabbed my hand. I looked at him and grabbed my hand back.
"I'm happy with Kale.....you messed up when I was yours" I said looking back at the ground.
"He messed up!!! He got a 2nd chance! I never ever got a second chance!!!" He yelled, he was almost crying.
"you left me quick and never ever looked back. He messed up big time and you just went with it, Sam. Can't you see that I have been here!" He said. I looked at him and kissed him on the cheek.
"I'm with Kale...." I said as Kale was pulling up. I got up from the curb as he parked. He jumped out of the car.
"I'm going to look at the car." He said kissing me.
"I'm going to go to bathroom real quick" I said going inside.
GRAYSON'S POV
I sat on the curb still while I saw Kale looking at the car. I saw condoms in his back pocket. What has he been doing!?
"Thanks for taking her out today. I hope things went well" Kale said
"Are you and Sam planning on having kids soon?" I asked He turned around and looked at me.
"What is she saying?!.........I don't know if I want to. I'm having problems" He said looking back at the car.
"LIKE YOU ARE CHEATING ON HER!!!" I said getting up and Kale turned around.
"You can't just accuse someone like that!" He said
"You have condoms in your back pocket and you have the after sex hair! You probably didn't even come from your apartment!" I yelled at him. He gave off the look like he lost the battle.
"Don't tell Sam! Listen.....I don't think you know what has happened between us!" he said. My jaw dropped. I was hoping he wouldn't admit it.
"What has happened!? Nothing gives you a right to do that! Especially a second time!" I yelled at him.
"She refuses to have sex! She can't do that to me! She wants kids because she knows that will tie me down. But I don't want to be tied down. I'm young and free. I don't wanna end up like Ethan and Lexi. He was so forced into it." Kale said
"You are such a jerk! Ethan wants to be with Lexi. He loves her and loves his life. I would be actually grateful to have what they have! I would be so damn grateful to have SAM! Something that you have!!!" I yelled at him and he gritted his teeth. Sam walked out of Starbuck and walked over to Kale.
"Is the car better now babe?" She asked him
"I'll just call a tow truck. Lets get you home" He said rubbing her arms up and down.
"Don't go yet Sam" I said. She looked at me and walked over to me.
"Sam we need to go" Kale said. She came over and gave me a hug. I look at her in her eyes. I knew she felt something.
"How bout tomorrow we go and get food?" She said smiling up at me.
"I would like that" I said. She gave me a peck on the cheek and got in the car. Kale got in also and drove off with her.......
