As soon as I got in I changed into a comfy pair of joggers and a black vest top, I scrunched my hair up into a high messy ponytail and took everything in. I lay on my bed scrolling through my Twitter and I cant get the stupid kiss out my head, the worst part is that I actually really liked it and I really like Louis, I hate saying that because I know fine well Harry is still playing around in my thoughts.
It was 2am I wasnt planning on going to sleep, my mind was racing and I was wide awake. I tiptoed down the stairs to get some snacks when I heard a chap at the door. What the hell?
I peaked through the little hole to see who it was just to make sure.
Harry.
No surprise there, then.
I hesitantly unlocked the door. He stood there, his hair a mess, he was in some old boxer shorts an old hoodie and a grey tshirt.
"What do you want?"
"I was just checking if you were okay?" He said running his hand through his tangled hair
"Why? I'm fine"
"I saw you getting dropped off so I just wondered who-"
"Dont play games you know fine well who it was" I said still trying to keep my voice quiet
"Louis" he sighed "he-he kissed you"
I didnt really know what to say, I looked down to the floor and nodded my head
"I'm glad you're happy them, I guess, maybe we can go out like friends again sometime?"
FRIENDS?! IS HE FOR REAL??
"You can't be serious Harry? Okay maybe this is a walk in the park for you, I get you've probably been through this before but I havent. I'm sorry but I cant be around you knowing we're only friends"
"But Chloe-"
"No Harry, look its the middle of the night this really isnt the time or place, I'm sorry"
I closed the door breaking down in tears sliding down agains the the back of the door. I pulled out my phone and dialled Louis' number
"Hello?" His voice sounded so raspy, I feel so bad for waking him
"It's Chloe" I sobbed
"Chloe? What's wrong, are you okay?" He sounded concerned
"It's H-Harry, he came around and I-"
"Shh, you'll be alright. Do you want to drive around to mine?"
"Are you sure?" I sniffled
"Completely. I'll go unlock the door so you can let yourself in"
"Thank you so much"
I slid my phone back into my pocket and grabbed my keys off the counter.
I left my mum and dad a note then quietly locked the door behind me.
As I walked down the path the cold air hit me, and I suddenly regretted not bring a jacket
I unlocked the car door when I heard my name, I jerked my head around to Harry's garden
"Where are you going?" He asked walking toward me
"L-Louis'" I shivered
"Here" he sighed removing his hoodie, "put this on. You look cold"
He helped slide the arms over mine and zip it up. His eyes suddenly froze for a second as he glanced up my body, I could tell he noticed it, he noticed the necklace.
He gently held it, he traced his thumb over and over the charm.
He smiled to himself
"Um t-thank you Harry"
I got into my car and drove off. He makes it so damn hard to move on
