After last night's celebration, I was off to packing for a 3-week performing arts camp in Florida. I signed up before the showdown day since the school had brochures about it and told none of the Sparkers about it, not even Bellette, Yuri or Cindy.
When I first arrived the camp, the first thing that I fell in love with would be the scenic view and fresh air. Gosh, you just had to experience it yourself because it was just that indescribable. Fresh forest air, nature music, clear lake; I was getting good vibes so far.
Some of the campers definitely came with their friends while others came alone but already made new ones on the spot. I even noticed how most of them in cliques instead of mixing around. The cliques were in two categorizes this time, the first clique type would be your typical popular-losers theory and the second type would be by the kind of performing arts one was involved in.
One example for the second clique type was that the music campers include lots of singing, music playing loudly and instruments being carried everywhere; the acting and theater campers would tend to be more dramatic then the rest of us; the dancing campers had slightly larger luggage and bags which only meant the dance shoes in it and the way they walked was slightly different from a normal walk.
"Haely? Is that you?" The one voice I didn't need to think twice of whose it belong to spoke.
I turned around to just prove my gut feeling, which was right. "Hey, Sparkers! What are you peeps doing here?" I asked cautiously in a high-pitched tone and managed an awkward smile. So much for coming alone...
"Same reason as why you are here too," Bellette asked in a quite sarcastic tone but she sounded serious too as she folded her arms across her chest. By the way, did I mentioned that you do not want to get onto Bel's bad side? If not, then you just stay put on her good side.
"Look," I sighed, not in the mood to argue with any of them, "I don't wanna quarrel or fight right now. It's camp and summer time and I just wanna enjoy myself. Sorry if I didn't tell any of you; I just wanted some lone time from people I know. No offense, by the way," I explained my reasons.
"Well, since we're all here already, might as well just enjoy ourselves now. Besides, we all actually joined other sections of the camp other than dance, so none taken," Fenton cut in to break the tension between two of us despite our friendship.
I saw Bellette let out a long sigh and walked towards me. She rolled her eyes as the corner of her lips tugged. "Gosh, I can't even stay mad at you!" She whacked me in the arm but then pulled me into a tight hug.
"Bel, I-still-wanna-live," I choked out.
Our group let out a good laugh as she let me go to breathe again. "Next time, no more hiding secrets," Bellette warned the whole group, waving a finger at the other fourteen members but cam back to me. "And don't even think of a next time for you, Hae'!"
"Yeah, yeah," I pushed her finger away and looped my arm with hers and said, "C'mon, let's just go over to the open ground where one of the camp staff announced."

"Wait, it's Usher. No? Is it Jason Derulo?" A few guys were trying to guess what the girl was trying to act out. Actually, more like dance out.
Okay, I take it that you don't know what was going on?
Yeah, I thought so.
It was the second day of camp and the dance department were having dance charades for introduction of the day for all of us to warm up to each other.
