Two days of complete bliss had come to an end for Kyrie and Aja, they both had to head back to work today and weren't looking forward to it. Aja stood in front of the full body mirror helping Kyrie with his tie. He was filling in this week for Michael of His and Hers.
"Are you nervous, baby? I would totally understand if you are-" Kyrie chuckled.
Aja was the one that was nervous not Kyrie. He looked through the pages of topics for two days straight and was both prepared and excited.
"No, I'm not nervous and neither should you, I am prepared. The only way I could mess up is if your fine ass comes to the set wearing this. Got damn!" He shouted making her laugh at his outburst. "I'm serious all that ass." Kyrie filled his hands with her bottom.
Aja was sporting one of Kyrie's favorite looks, a sports bra and yoga pants. He didn't care for the makeup or fancy attire that she wore, she was just simply breath-taking to him.
"Kyrie!" She shrieked. "Stop it the kids might come up here and see us."
"Yeah, let me get out of here before you end up pregnant." She shook her head and kissed his lips sweetly. "I love you, gorgeous."
"I love you too and don't forget your breakfast is downstairs next to your lunch." Kyrie thanked Aja and kissed her once more before leaving out of the room.
She heard collective giggles downstairs and Kyrie shutting the front door. "MOMMY, I WANT MORE PANCAKES, PLEASE!" Kendall shouted.
"I do too, mommy," Sasha added.
"Okay, I'm coming babies." Aja jogged downstairs to the kids.
Once getting the kids more pancakes and changed, Aja watched His&Hers in the home gym while running on the treadmill. She couldn't help but get butterflies every time Kyrie spoke or laughed.
It's great to finally see him actually smiling and relaxed. I guess great food, sex, and conversation will satisfy the beast's appetite." Aja thought while finishing up her four miles.
Joanne walked in with Kendall and Sasha trailing behind her. "My handsome boy, doesn't he look good in that suit?" Aja nodded quietly. "He looks just like his father, may he rest in peace." Joanne stayed silent for a minute before speaking again.
"Yes, ma'am he most certainly does."
"I came in here to tell you, I'll be taking my grandbabies with me to the park for a while and I'll have your neighbor Louis with me. He study's martial arts and is a retired army vet, so we're all in good hands." Aja slowed down her pace down and nodded.
"Yes, Mr. Louis is a great guy, he's watched the kids a few times before, so I trust him. Oh, and Ms. Joanne make sure Kendall doesn't bring home Mr. Louis' slingshot. He almost lost an eye playing with it."
"I most definitely make sure he doesn't get his hands on it." They said their goodbyes and left for the park.
After showering and getting dinner started, Aja wiped down the kitchen counters while listening to the news. Multiple stories were making headlines over break-ins in the Ohio area. The perpetrator had only targeted older woman. She turned the volume up and leaned on the kitchen counter.
"There have been over 25 break-ins in the last two weeks police have reported. The individual is now in police custody after the breaking into the home of 55-year-old Joanne Irving, mother of Kyrie Irving, who was then hospitalized due to the injuries caused by the burglar. Police have yet to release any information of the criminal but have informed those who were victims of his crimes were asked to come down to the station for brief questioning." As Aja was about to turn off the television, the doorbell rang loudly.
