This is my first dedication to Brooke; I hope you like it boo. It was a Saturday at 12:00 you were Starbucks it was routine for you to be there. You were typing up a paper for your Sociology class you decided to take a break and grab a Frappuccino. While you were walking somebody ran into causing you to drop your phone.
“I’m sorry Ma.” The voice said while grabbing your phone
“Um, it’s no problem.” You said taking your phone back and walking away.
“Wait.” The voice called out
You turned around quickly
“Yes?” you replied shyly
“You’re very beautiful can I have your name and maybe your number? By the way my name is August.” He smiled almost causing you to faint.
“It’s Brooke and sure give me your phone.”
You and August exchanged numbers and then he disappeared. You went back to typing your paper and then headed home. You were so eager to text him and know him better .Everything about him screamed perfect. From his accent, his smile and body lawd you were in heaven. Suddenly your phone rang.
“Hello?” you said.
“Hi Brooke it’s August.”
“Hi August how are you?”
“I’m fine beautiful , I was wondering if we could go the beach so we could get to know each other better?” he said , you could tell by his tone he was nervous .
“Sure, I would love that.” You said smiling
After you got off the phone with August you started getting ready for the date. 2 hours later you were leaving the house and heading to the beach. When you got there you saw him staring out into the water. You quickly came over to greet him and embraced him in a hug. He grabbed your hand and you guys started to talk. It was weird after only knowing him for a day you felt like you’ve known him your whole life. The night ended with August kissing you on your cheek and wishing you a good night.
*Sunday night at your house*
Chelsey: Brooke, he seems like a sweetheart. How long ago did you meet him?
Brooke: Only since Saturday and it’s so weird it feel like I’ve known him forever.
Adrianne: Aw boo, I’m happy for you but let’s go were already late for this party!
You guys hopped in your car and headed to the party, when you walked in it was too turnt! You and your girls went into the kitchen to grab a drink then out on the dance floor. You were laughing with your girls but when you turned around you couldn’t believe your eyes. It was August dancing with another girl. And it just wasn’t normal dancing there were practically sexing on the floor. You felt your eyes get watery just looking at them. Chelsey saw you and looked at what you were looking at.
“What’s wrong boo?” Your friends said in unison
“That’s August. That’s the guy I was just with on Saturday."
Adrianne: August?! Oh my Gosh Brooke he’s a player. He’s known for using girls acting so sweet and then just breaking their hearts.
Brooke: Well who is that girl that he’s with?
Chelsey: That’s his girlfriend, I’m so sorry Brooke.
