August POV: I had a secure grip on Hayden's waist as I led her to the car. I made sure she was in safely before jogging over to my side and starting the car. The ride was silent before Hayden spoke up. "Baeeeee where are we going?" Hayden asked touching her blindfold "It's a surprise babe I can't tell you and no touching." I smacked her hand away from the blindfold. "Ow!" she whined pouting. I chuckled as I pulled up to the red light; I got a second to take in my baby's beauty. We had been rocking for 4 going on 5 years she was my lil rida'. I can't even count how many times she could've left but didn't. I remember when I was young and ain't have shit the struggle was real but she stayed by my side and we lived that strug life together. As the light turned green I pulled into the park ready to do this....
Hayden POV: The car came to a complete stop as I heard August door open and close. Seconds later, my door was opened as August helped me out of the car. My heart pounded and my mind raced as I thought where we could be. After walking a short distance, August slowly removed the blindfold. A smile appeared on my face as I looked at the park this isn't just a normal park this park was where August first told me he loved me and where we shared our first kiss. This park held one of my most intimate memories. I was too wrapped in my thoughts to realize August was on his knee. I gasped placing my left hand over my mouth. August ran his tongue over his top lip before speaking.
"Hayden when I first met you I ain't like you at all.." I giggled as he chuckled it was the truth though we couldn't stand each other. "But I got to know you and I quickly fell in love with you. Everything about you screamed perfect and I knew I needed you in my life forever. I know I get on yo nerves and make you upset but it's all outta love bae I swea'. I could go on all day about how perfect you are and what you mean to me but I'm just gon sum everything up with this one question. Will you marry me?" My vision blurred from my tears but I nodded my head. "Y-Yes I'll marry you." August slid the ring on my finger and wiped the tears from my eyes. Grabbing my face with his large hands he pulled me into a kiss. It's just surreal, I'm marrying the love of my life.
