Love never ends

Beautiful

George POV

              I looked at the sleeping girl in my arms. Why can't it always be like this? Peaceful. Safe. My mind reminded me of why we were here in the first place. We are not safe. It just seems like it right now.
           "I never got over the fact that she always looked so beautiful when she slept."
         My arms tightened their grip on Karly. I knew that voice all to well.
          "Stop worrying. I'm here to make a deal with you."
           "Why should I make a deal with you, Pan?"
            Pan came out of the shadows he was standing in. Oh if only looks could kill, then he'd be dead and gone... again.
"I know you don't trust me, but you might as well hear me out."
I scoffed. I didn't just not trust him. I hate him. But I didn't say anything.
"I'm leaving London."
My eyes widened. Why was he leaving?
"I'm heading back to Storybrook. I won't hurt anyone or do anything bad. I've realized I'm starting to fail, and I can be useful to them back there with their Zelena problem. Here's my deal: I leave and don't come back unless I have to, and you promise you'll never leave or break her heart."
Well this is one deal I can make. Get rid of Pan and all I have to do is stay the same as I already am. I can't pass this up. I hold out my hand for him to shake.
"Deal."
He shook my hand and looked at Karly one more time.
"She really does deserve you more than me. I should have realized it earlier. Maybe have kept a friend."
"I can always tell her about this, she might start to trust you again," I say but he shakes his head.
            "What I've done- to her, her family, everything- it's not easily forgotten or forgiven."
              I nod. I understand completely, after all I'm having a hard time myself believe this is actually happening. He looked at Karly one more time and disappeared in a ring of smoke.
          Karly moaned a little in her sleep. I kissed her on the forehead.
          "It's alright. Your safe."

                         A/N
Yes I know, really short chapter after a really long one. Sorry! But Pan is trying to be good now. And I couldn't put anything else in this chapter to add on to that.
