Your thoughts? We all have them and we find ourselves a lot of the times with self doubt, regret, and that negative talk we use when talking to ourselves. They negative self talk is quite unhealthy and it needs to be reversed.
It's time we start or continue for those who are already practicing mental health coping methods as well as mindfulness practices.
