Kimberley's POV

"I don't know. Was that good?" I looked at Cheryl through the sound booth. Whenever I record I make sure that she listens to it first.

"That was amazing, babe. You have nothing to be worried about." Cheryl's voice came through my headphones, making me smile.

"Maybe one more time?" The sound guy nodded and played the track again.

'I follow the night
Can't stand the light
When will I begin
To live again

One day I'll fly away
Leave all this to yesterday
What more could your love do for me?
When will love be through with me?
Why live life from dream to dream?

And dread the day when dreaming ends

One day I'll fly away
Leave all this to yesterday
Why live life from dream to dream?
And dread the day when dreaming ends

One day I'll fly away
One day I'll fly away
One day I'll fly away
Fly fly away
One day I'll fly away'

I sang the last line of the song, feeling more confident. I took off the headphones and walked out of the booth.

"Amazing!" Cheryl hugged me and kissed my cheek.

"Thank you." I held onto her, she always makes me feel more confident in myself.

"We'll see you on Wednesday?" My music producer, Nancy, asked me.

"Yep, Wednesday it is!" Me and Cheryl walked out and onto the street.  There weren't too many cameramen around, but it's still annoying.

"Where to now, Ms. Walsh?" I looked at our driver and told him where we're headed.

"The coffee shop on 6th street, Danny." I closed the privacy separation, letting me and Cheryl talk freely.

"Tomorrow I have a shite load of meetings!" Cheryl whined, watching me frown at her.

"You said that you would go to the cycling class with me tomorrow." Her eyes went wide and mouth dropped. She's forgotten, again.

"I'm so sorry, I completely forgot!" I smiled sadly at her, she always has a busy schedule in Fall. Music, advertisement, X Factor, etc.

"It's okay, we'll go another day." She nodded and grabbed my hand.  She kissed the top of my hand before intertwining our fingers.

"What am I gonna do when you have to start live shows?" She looked at me and smiled.

"I'll try not to be out too late, but Simon gets on me arse if I don't spend time with my acts." We both giggled.

"Ladies, we're here." We thanked Danny who slid down the privacy separator and told us that we have arrived at the shop.

"Thank you!" He waited outside to pick us back up when we're done. I'm used to telling people all the plans because I have organized everything my entire life, I practically managed Girls Aloud myself.

"Your regulars, Ms. Kimberley." I thanked Mia, one of the workers at the shop.  She noticed that we come in just about everyday and always has our regulars ready for us.

"Thank you, Ms. Mia." I mocked her and she shook her head, laughing.  Me and Cheryl sat down at one of the tables, talking about nonsense.
