I had finally finished inviting people and decided to organize my stuff since we'd be staying here for a week, thank god it was only a week I wouldn't be able to stand hearing GG flirt with Jay any longer.

After getting my stuff ready I decided to take a shower and just relax. I was reading a book when I heard the front door close.

GG and Jay must be back.

I quickly put my book away and went downstairs. GG and Jay were laughing when I came down into the kitchen. "Hey, guys what's funny?"

"Oh, sorry sis, you had to be there to understand," GG answered between laughs.

"Oh, okay," I said feeling a bit left out as they began talking about other things. I decided to put away the stuff they brought since they weren't doing it. After that, I went for a walk.

I did not know where I was going and it was getting late, the sun was hardly visible now. I somehow ended up in a park that was empty and sat down on a swing. I began thinking about how my sister was always better at things than me, how she was good in sports, school work, socializing, getting into relationships, flirting with whoever she'd like, she was better at everything, even life! The one thing she was never good at was matchmaking but why would she want to do that her whole life when she owns her own fashion company here!

I felt like a useless piece of trash.

It was around 9 pm when I arrived home. There was a plate of food on the table wrapped in plastic saying, "For Veronica" I unwrapped it and began eating.

I was cleaning my plate when GG came into the kitchen, "Hey veronica."

"Oh hey GG, what's up?" I asked since she looked like she wanted to say something.

"Well, you see, I kind of told Jay he can have my room since we don't have a guest room and I wanted to know if I can sleep in yours..." she sheepishly explained.

"Why the heck would you do that Grace?! You didn't need to give him your room for the week, he could've slept on the couch!" I said quite annoyed.

Why is she being so nice to him???

"I know, but the couch isn't comfortable," she shrugged.

"Fine." was all I could say.

I went into my room exhausted ready to sleep when I heard a snore, I almost screamed but then I remembered that GG was sleeping here. I looked at her sleeping on my fucking bed. She had all the space and I knew she would be pissed if I woke her up and I did not want to fight right now. I grabbed a blanket and a pillow and went to the couch. Mom was right Grace did like Jay and it bothers me for some reason. I tried to get comfortable but I couldn't, this was going to be a long night.
