I.D Payment for Dress Down

                                              -7th or 8th Grade-
                          Our school does this thing every Friday when we're allowed to wear casual clothes to school, but we have to pay a dollar, and this is called Dress Down. The money is collected by STUCO, counted by the STUCO treasurers (me and Natalie), and given to the school office. Our school also has this unwritten rule that if you're not wearing your ID, you pay a quarter.
                          One Friday, I was counting the money with Natalie and Michael. As we were counting, I was given another envelope from a class that didn't give their class payment earlier. So, I went through it and there was an extra quarter left. 

                          Michael started laughing and said what if the extra quarter was someone's ID payment. I don't know why it was funny, but I started laughing with him.
