Chapter 23

I ran to the beach and sat on the dock and threw shells. "Hey are you okay?" I heard a voice ask.

I turned around and saw Haley. "No not really." I said honestly.

"What's wrong?" I told her everything. About Alissa and Ashton pushing me off the bed and saying I ruin everything. He's right.

"Aww it's gonna be okay." I shrugged. "He's right though." "No he's not. He was just mad. He doesn't mean that."

I shrugged as I got up. "It's getting late I should go." I said sighing.

She nodded as I walked away from the dock and went back to the hotel.

I honestly didn't want to go back to the hotel but I was starving because I barely ate anything but no one didn't really seem to notice.

When I got back no one didn't even say anything. Not even Ashton.

"Luke? Michael?" I asked as I knocked on their door.

"Come in!" They yelled from the other side. "Hey! What's up?" They said as I came in.

"Do you remember hearing a loud noise in Ashton's room last night?"

"Yeah.. Why?"

"It was me." I said looking down.

"Are you okay?" Luke asked.

"I'm fine."

"The noise sounded pretty loud. Did you hurt your head?"

"Yeah but I'm fine really."

"Should we get her checked just in case?" Luke asked.

"Luke I'm sure she's okay. She just fell." Michael added.

"Whatever." He said leaving the room.

I sighed as I went to my room and texted Haley.

"Abby!" I heard someone yell.

I sighed as I got up.

"Come meet someone." Luke said as I came into the room.

"Meet my girlfriend Melissa." Michael  said smiling.

"Hi I'm Abby. Nice to meet you." I said as I shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you too." She said smiling.

She gave me kind of a weird look. Could she tell that I was crying?

She saw Alissa but she didn't hug her. She just gave her a weird look and walked away.

"How about we go out? Sound good?" Ashton asked.

"Sounds good!" Michael said.

"You better eat Abby." Ashton said.

I nodded and sighed.

"She barely ate anything yesterday. Whenever I would ask her if she wanted to eat something or go out, she would just completely ignore me or roll her eyes at me." Alissa said with a smirk.

"What? No I didn't! She didn't even ask me that!"

"I'm getting really tried of this Abby. You're making it easy for me to send you back." He said walking away leaving me in tears.
