Chapter 20

Renee's POV

I get to the address Lin texted me and I am literally shaking with anticipation. After taking the elevator to the correct floor, I walk down the hallway. The building seems really nice, and don't worry, it's not creepy or anything XD. Once I step in front of the door, I attempt to compose myself before knocking. I eventually am met with loud shouts, squeals, and pounding footsteps. Literally, it is felt through the ground. My sisters are yelling my name so I yell back! Adrenaline starts pumping through my veins and I get a sudden burst of energy. Apparently Lin and Ant start yelling too, because they are audible, too. Maybe it's for the(ir) girls to be quiet? The only thing I'm worried about is the neighbors complaining... Oh well. The door swings open and two girls tackle me and shower me in hugs. I drop my bags and we all start jumping up and down in circles. I break the hug to just get a look at my best friends in the whole wide world. I give them another big hug, separately this time, and am quickly ushered in. I set my bags down and give ginormous hugs to Lin and Ant as well.

"Oh my gosh!! First of all, how are you?!" I can hardly contain my excitement.

"Fantastic," Lin says smiling. He picks up my bags for me and places them by the couch so I don't have to worry about them.

"Sweet," Ant replies with a nod of the head. Of course, there's Anthony with his hip, street-lingo. He is wearing a baseball cap on backwards and has his hands in his pockets. Classic Ant. 

"I'm great. I'm so happy that you were able to come!!" Pippa and Jasmine say at basically the same time.

"So am I! Okay. Oh yeah! How is Sebastian??"

"He's good," Lin replies. "He is actually asleep right now, but you can say hi in the morning." Lin gestures to the hallway that Sebastian's room must be down. I glance over there.

"That would be great, I haven't seen him in such a long time!"

"I know, it has been so long it's crazy."

"How are my two true pairings?! I literally can't say OTP anymore because you 4 are literally adorable." When I arrived, Lin and Ant were on the couch but once I got inside, we moved to the island. I am on a side with Pippa and Jasmine, and Anthony and Lin are standing next to each other. Lin glances at Pippa but quickly looks away because he is starting to blush. She chuckles and smiles at him causing them to both blush even more. Meanwhile, Jasmine is watching them, smiling, but Anthony is watching her and everything is just so cute and fluffy. "My gosh someone please answer! But by the way things look, I feel like you guys are doing great."

"Eh, yeah," Lin says a little awkwardly. "We're pretty good--"

"They're sleeping together now," Jasmine says proudly.

"EWW JASMINE CEPHAS JONES!!" Pippa basically yells. Lin practically flies across the top of the island, and puts his hand over Pippa's mouth.

"Phillipa, our son is sleeping!" He whisper shouts.

"Awwwwwwww, you referred to Sebastian as your guys' son! That is literally amazing!!!" Jasmine waves fists around in the air like she just won something. "And it is a true fact. Do you not sleep in the same bed?"

"Okay, yeah, but no. Don't... No. Just... No. We are not talking about this. Let's change the conversation, shall we?" Pippa says clapping her hands together as she makes her proclamation. She answers the question for everyone, saying, "okay. How are Alexis, Brielle, and Benjamin doing?"

"Hah, they're good. Alexis is taking care of them right now which is so sweet so I am able to be here with you guys. My kids are pretty good, Benjamin is going through a little phase where he is trying to not to what we say. That is really... aggravating. He doesn't really clean his room; he doesn't practice the piano; he doesn't practice his tap routines; he doesn't do his homework. I just don't want this to become a habit, you know?"
