Chapter 24

Pippa's POV

I have 2 days left in London and the 5 of us adults want to make the most out of them. Sebby is gonna come along as well. To start off, Lin got us a reservation at a restaurant for lunch and then we are gonna go sightseeing. Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, and the London Eye, here we come!

"Jas, Ant, come on! The reservation is for 12:30!" Lin shouts. He, Renee, Sebastian and I are all at the door waiting.

"Coming, coming! Don't stress Linny--"

Jasmine is cut off with a disapproving look. "ehehe.... about that.."

"Yo, it is now 12:31, come on," Lin says shortly as he walks out the door.

"Uh oh daddy's angry" Sebastian says cutely, looking up at me with his big brown eyes. He grabs my hand and pulls me into the hallway.

"Welp, I think it's time to go you guys," I say, trying to lighten the mood. I don't know what has gotten into Lin lately, so I make a mental note to talk to him later. Behind me, I hear Jas, Ant, and Renee talking.

"Why is Lin so stressed???" Jasmine asks Anthony in a hushed tone. He breathes out his nose.

"You know something! spill." Renee orders.

"You can't tell anyone..." he says skeptically. I feel 3 pairs of eyes turn on me before he starts talking again. "Uhh, I'll tell you later. Promise."

"Ramos, I swear. If you do not--"

"Jasmine, let's not make a scene, please," Renee says in her mom tone.

"a scene? A SCENE?? Renee do you even know who I am?! a scene. Me. making a scene." Jas then mutters something else about how she would be the last person to ever make a scene, or even be loud for that matter. It is very amusing that she is so oblivious to the fact that she is always the loudest one. Even with the whole cast when we were back home... (home....), she would always be hollering about one thing or another.

"heheh," Sebastian giggles, "She's loud."

"Excuse me little sir?" Jasmine says, causing him to turn around. She pretends to be offended.

"hahaha you're funnnnyy." Sebastian laughs again. By this time, we have made it outside and they getting into the car. Renee walks off a few parking spaces down to where her rental is. (Since she has a hotel, she has her own car).

"You guys, can you get in the car with seb for a sec? I wanna talk with Lin."

"Sure pips, take your time!" I walk over to the side of the building where he is sorta pacing

"Hey babe?" I ask Lin

"Yea pips?"

"Can I.. talk to you for a sec?"

"Sure," he says, walking over to me. I take his hand and lead him farther away from the car. "What do you need?"

"Are you okay? You seem mad and I don't know if it's something I did? Orrr if you are stressed cuz of work? But I feel like you aren't yourself." I say.

"No, no, you're right. I'm sorry. It's nothing you did, so don't worry. I'm just... sad. Cuz ur leaving. And I love you and we aren't gonna see each other and I'm scared that we're gonna grow apart. But then I realize that you have your life and I have mine and maybe it's just not meant to be," he says, looking down. "and like.. i can't lose you."

"Aw," I sigh and put my hand on the side of his face. "I love you too and it breaks my heart that I have to leave. But we're gonna stay together so don't say that," I add with a smile that he oddly doesn't fully return, but I don't think that much about it. I lean into him. "Come on, we have a reservation to get to."
