Chapter 11

Kim Taehyung POV.
"Yes, it's for Taeguk! Please, please find her!" I shouted with my almost finished voice.

They all looked at each other before looking at me.

"Yes. We will. We'll try our best to find her and your wife. We'll contact more backups. They possibly went to other cities as well. Do not worry Mr. Kim, we'll take care of it." the police nodded. "We will call you for further news. I'm officer Dwi."

"Thank you. Thank you so much. Please, tell me right away when you find the both of them." I said.

He nodded and slowly walked out of the house. Taeho stood there faced on the floor. Until I saw his tears falling down to the ground quietly. I stare at him for a moment and walked slowly near him. He suddenly hugged me, and I hug him back.

"I miss eomma. I miss noona. Appa, I want to help you. I want to help you find the both of them. Please." he said beneath by shoulders.

"You want to help me?" I asked.

He nods.

"If you want to help me, keep studying. Don't stop. Okay? That can help me. Understand, Taeho?" I rubbed his back gently with my hands.

I waited for his answer, but all he did was nod.

Kim Hyejin POV.
I woke up early in the morning, feeling a lot better. It feels like I'm already back to my own body. My own, healthy body.

I check the space beside me, and I don't see Sungjin anywhere. He's not yet home. He said he'll come at midnight, but he never came.

I stood up gently and walked downstairs. I saw Minwon preparing his bag for school. He looked at me before closing the zipper of his bag.

"Good morning eomma. I'll go now. Appa is still at meeting. He had something to do. A very important one. Like you know, uhm, a project that contains 90% of your grades when you're at school?" Minwon smiled.

He likes to explain a lot. I can see his explanation skills. His smile is cute, and he has this little dimples that come out when he smiles.

"Okay then, I'll go now. Bye eomma." he said.

But before walking out of the door, there came a knock.

Minwon opened it and looked at who it was. After doing that, he looked at me immediately and gave me a sign to go upstairs. He used his hands and swayed it upwards. i immediately went to the window and there I saw a bunch of polices standing right in front of the door step.

I ran into the bedroom and hid in the closet.

I don't know if I should be doing this or not. Even though I know this is the right thing to do, my heart keeps telling me that it's the wrong thing to do. What kind of heart is this?

I can almost hear them talking from the outside window. It was open.

"Annyeonghaseyo. Did you find a woman named Kim Hyejin and a girl named Kim Taeguk?" the police asked. "We need to find both of them."

Kim Hyejin?

I kept eavesdropping because I have no time to think right now. I need to know everything.

"Her husband is really worried about her. He's loosing himself. I'm sorry, but we need to investigate the whole house. Just incase." I heard them go in the house, with many noise of footsteps.

I hid myself deeper into the closet until I reach the wall. I move some dark clothes to cover me in the dark. I also moved some of the tall random boxes in front of me. I hope they won't see me.

"I'll go check this bedroom." another man's voice appeared.

"Yes Mr. Kim." the same policeman's voice I heard earlier spoke up once again.

Mr. Kim.

Is it Taehyung?

My heart feels bad and strangely good at the same time. As I heard him open the door, my heart raced faster than before. I can't understand myself. I don't remember and understand anything. Is this still life?

I don't get it.

Is my heart beating really fast because of

nervousness?

or . . .

love?

Kim Taeho POV.
I sat on the living room couch and expected what appa might be doing right now.

I hope he finds her. I really hope he does. I miss eomma so much. And noona. Without them, it really feels incomplete. The house feels empty. It's like I can feel it shaking because of emptiness. Or am I the one shaking?

Ting

I took my phone out my pocket and checked who it was.

It was Seohyun.

Seohyun: you doing okay?
Me: yes im fine
Seohyun: do you need any company with you? tell me ur adress
Me: i think i do. thanks. im at the same village as you. i saw you yesterday, you walked out house 8
Seohyun: omona really? great then! okay, what house number?
Me: house 13
Seohyun: be right there

I waited for her, until there came 3 small knocks from the door. I walked onto it and opened it slowly, with my head peeking our the side.

"Taeho!" Seohyun suddenly pushed he door really harshly and hugged me tight.

I can feel something.

Something strange inside me.

"Come in." I said.

She walked inside, she looked around before sitting down the couch. I watched her as she moved every second. She looks like an angel. I can't help myself to stop looking at her. It feels like there's a strong magnet between us trying to connect us together.

"Wahh! Your house is bigger than mines!" she shrieked.

"Haha, your house looks bigger in the outside though." I replied with a slight smile.

"So, hows your appa doing on the investigation? I hope everything works well and your family will be together again." she smiled.

"Aw. Thanks. He's doing fine. A bunch of police went into different cities to find eomma. He went with the officer in Daeguk." I said.

Kim Taeguk POV.
"PLEASE HELP ME! PLEASE!" I shouted as loud as I can while my head was on a black plastic. I can't breathe.

"No one will hear you, love." a man's voice spoke up.

"Wh-What? WHO ARE YOU? LET ME OUT!" I shook my body as hard as I can to escape this stupid chair I'm taped on.

"I'm your father's friend. How rude of you to shout to me?" the man said.

"Very rude." another man said.

God, please help me. Please.
