Chapter 4

Kim Hyejin POV.
I decided to eavesdrop while they talked in front of the food. They were talking about something. Something about jobs.

"Taehyung, we have a new album coming up and we need you to be there. You need to be busy. The fans needs you.", Jimin said. 3 years ago, they formed up a band called BTS and Taehyung hyeobo wasn't really that active the past few years. Now that he had to choose between his family and saengs, hyungs, he probably can't choose. All of them were like family.

"Don't worry, Tae. We'll give you time to think.", Namjoon said. They all patted his back and messed his hair up. He sighed and nodded. His face formed in a very suspicious face, like he was hiding something from someone.

"Is something wrong, hyeobo?", I asked. Taehyung looked at me with worried eyes and immediately changed them into a cheerful one.

"Aniyo. Nothing's wrong. And yes, hyung, gomawo for telling me. I'll think about it.", Taehyung smiled at me and Namjoon. After they ate, we all said goodbye to each other and Bangtan left. I looked at Taehyung again, and he made that face once again, his head facing the floor, and back up with his cheerful face.

"Hyeobo, would you like desserts?", he suddenly looked at me with a grin. I nodded and watched him worriedly as he went to the stove. I sighed and went inside the bedroom.

Taeguk went inside with me. "Eomma, is something wrong with appa?", she asked. I looked at her with my worried face, and faked a smile. "I don't know. But you know your appa, he's always happy, so don't worry.", I smiled widely.

She nodded and left the room.

After minutes of waiting for the dessert, I smelled smoke. I sniffed for about a lot of times and immediately stood up. I ran to the door and opened it. I saw Taehyung, standing in front of the stove, acting like there's no smoke in front of him.

"Yah Kim Taehyung!!", I shouted, running towards the stove and turned off the fire. Taehyung finally went into the current world and looked at the whole place.

"Smoke!", he shrieked. I looked at him with my mad face and shouted, "What have you been thinking?! I thought you were going to make me a dessert! I've never saw someone cook if they just want a dessert before!".

"Mianhae. I was thinking of something. I'll be right back, araesso?", he said to me with a smile, took his keys from the cupboard and went out of the house. I saw Taeguk and Taeho running down the staircase, looking at the whole place.

"What happened?", they said with shock. "Stay away from the kitchen dears, I'll clean everything up. Get back to your room.", I responded. They both nodded and gave whispers to each other while they went back upstairs. I sighed and thought about why he was daydreaming earlier. I know he's hiding something from me, and I won't let anything down until I find out what it is.

Kim Taehyung POV.
I went out of the car, and walked with my hands inside the pocket of my coat.

I looked at the beautiful sakura trees and admired it, smiling. I can't believe my life is full of problems right now. It never just ends, does it? Years ago it stopped, and now the pain has come back. Now that I have a family not like before in high school, staying alone at that big house, I need to take care of everything. I'am already a father.

As I thought of that words in my mind, I remembered how I became one. It was Hyejin, who made my heart flutter everyday. I can't believe we became a wonderful couple and made a family all by ourselves. I never knew in the start that all this would happen, since Hyejin hated me from the start. And now, she loves me. Feelings change easily but not all the time.

I sat down on one of the bench beside the trees. I looked down on my lap and looked at the small picture keychained on the car keys. It was me, and Hyejin, years ago when we visited our High School.

After minutes of looking at the picture, I drifted off to sleep, in this wooden hard bench, in a park full of strangers.

8:54pm
"Kim Taehyung!!", someone shouted.
I opened my eyes to see who it was and saw Hyejin, shuddering me. I opened my eyes wider and sat up, looking around. I was still at the park, and it was late in the night.

"Yah. You scared me pabo!", Hyejin shrieked. I looked at her, and hugged her from her waist since she was standing. "Mianhae, for scaring you.", I whispered loudly.

"Let's go home. It's freezing.", she said. I followed what she said and followed her to the car. We drove home.

I opened the door and sat down at the couch, cracked my knuckles.

"You scared me to death, Kim Taehyung. You were out for about 6 hours!", she said, sitting down beside me. I put my arms on her and head on her shoulder.

"It won't happen again, eomma!", I teased. He smacked my head and gave me a mad look. Her forehead wrinkling, and her eyebrows furrowed. She looked cute whether she's in whatever mood. She's so adorable, as always.

"It's just for your own safety! Don't tell me you need an eomma again.", she shrieked. Those words made me remember eomma. I never thought of her for years already. I never got notified. Where is she? What happened to the money she used to send us? I thought. I missed her a little, and I want to hug her already. It's been years since I haven't touched her.

"Let's go sleep. I'm so tired.", I said to Hyejin. She nodded and stood up before I did. She walked ahead me and went inside the room. I went upstairs, to check on Taeguk and Taeho. Next week is Taeguk's birthday, and we'll have to get busier.
