Kim Taehyung POV.
"I'm Si Ah. I was Sungjin's fake daughter to show Hyejin that he was her husband." her tears flowed down from her eyes slowly. "I-I know where H-Hyejin is right now at t-this moment." she looked at me at the eye.

Officer Dwi and everyone's sight was her. We were waiting for her answer.

"But first I want to be safe from Sungjin. I don't w-want anything happening to me when I tell you." Si Ah wiped her tears with her bare hands.

"Tell where she is! Right now!" I shouted.

"S-She's in Daegu. She's in some warehouse in Daegu. S-She's with another girl. Um, I forgot her name, Seo- um Seomi, um, Seodeeㅡ"

"Seohyun?" Officer Dwi spoke up.

Kim Taeguk POV.
Ting!

I unlocked my phone.
And I saw a reply.
A reply.
A reply from,
halmeoni?

Halmeoni: My taeguk~ im safe~ im back in seoul! meet me? if you are not busy meet me at the restaurant we used to eat on when you were a kid~ remember?
Halmeoni: 3pm sharp~

I gasped and stood up from my chair immediately. Tears started flowing down my cheeks.

I looked at the time, 2:30 P.M.

I ran towards the elevator and went down the hospital's lobby at the ground floor. I went outside and grabbed a cab.

"Jongguppeo Restaurant." I spoke up.

"That restaurant is temporarily closed because of the accident that happened a month ago. Do you want to go there?" the driver said.

What? Closed?
Um,
Halmeoni said to meet there. She never said to eat there with her.

"Yes please." I said.

Kim Hyejin POV.
I have no idea where am I, I don't know what time it is, I don't know if it's day or night, I don't know if this is really happening to me.

Sungjin came in the warehouse with two full-packed plastic bags from a random grocery store. "Food! Who's hungry?"

I looked at Seohyun and she wasn't giving Sungjin atleast one glance, so I did that too.

All of a sudden, an image of someone pops up in my head. It's like an image with a blurry word below it. I can't get it on focus but I almost . . .

Kim Taehyung?

"I miss you." those words suddenly came out of my mouth without myself knowing. I came back to the world's presence and suddenly jumped with Sungjin's face in front of me, so near that I can already feel the heat of his breath.

"I miss you?" Sungjin asked. "Do you miss me?"

I don't answer.

"Fine, don't answer. No food for you. Starve till you die." he laughed like a moron. "Seohyun, sweetie. You there? Do you want food?" he chuckled.

Those words that came out of my mouth was like someone possessed me or something. It was like I was talking to a person who I don't see in front of me. But I don't know why I said that.

"Sungjin." I suddenly spoke up. "Why are you doing this? Why am I here? TELL ME PLEASE! I need TO know the truth." a tear came rolling down my cheeks.

"Want to know the truth? Okay. That's reserved for your bedtime later. Alright?" he smiled. "Don't worry, jagi. I'll tell you later."

"Please don't call me that." I said harshly. "It's disgusting."

"You don't even know anything. So stop saying things that you're not sure of." he responded.

Go Sungjin POV.
I left them after I gave the food that I wasted my money for.
I need to know more about the disease.

I went to a hospital near by and asked if I could talk to a doctor. They gave me an appoinment and waited for 30 minutes straight.

I sat down on the chair in front of the table from where the doctor was sitting at and I looked at him, waiting for what he wants to say.

"Annyeonghaseyo. I'm doctor Kang. I heard you wanted to ask me something about medical topics?" he said.

"Yeah. I'm Sungjin." I smiled fakingly. "I want to know more about a disease called dementia."

"Ah. Alright." he smiled back. "Dementia. . . it's a category of a disease called Alzheimers that cause a long period of time, but sometimes, short periods of time if the diseased person's brain is stronger than anyone else and often gradual decrease in the ability to think and remember that is great enough to affect a person's daily functioning."

I didn't understand most of what he said but whatever. "So doctor, what you mean is that if a person is diseased with dementia, their thinking and memories would go back anytime?"

"Yes. That's right. It would slowly go back to normal after a long―"

"Yeah. I get it now." I stood up from my seat and went out his office. Glad I survived his long lecturing. I only asked what it means and I didn't ask the full thing of how the disease actually works.

I decided to just walk to the warehouse because I want time to think.

So if Hyejin has dementia she'll start remembering everything. That would ruin my whole PLAN!

What if, I give her full amnesia and just, um, smack her head a little bit more?

I guess that's it.

Kim Taeguk POV.
"Thank you." I said, giving the money to the driver as I went out of the taxi.

Me: halmeoniii! im here outside the restaurant. its closed. is it really here??

I waited for halmeoni to answer and she did after a few minutes.

Halmeoni: yeah~~ its there. wait for me dear~! im coming.

I waited and waited.

"Taeguk?" a man's voice spoke up at the opposite direction I'm facing at.

Kim Taehyung POV.
"Thank you for telling all this." I said.

After hours of getting more information from the hostage, Officer Dwi told me that we're going to Daegu tomorrow for the searching and investigation.

I'm almost there Hyejin, just wait for me.
I'll be right there.
Wait for me.
