My grief had no boundaries and I felt dead inside. When I made my vow, to fight until death, the tattoos spread. Now, I had them all over my upper body, ending in my waist. Zeph, although the creator of the Swords, didn't know why they spread. No one knew.

On the cover of Darkness, I crept outside the safehouse, to try and bury Filipe's body. It was the least I could do for him. I snuck out the door, having given Filipe's copy to Zeph.

The body wasn't as we left it... It had been turned over and over, as if it had been searched almost. But why? By who? Humans who were still trying to survive?

I wasn't considering myself human anymore... Humans didn't have tattoos that showed up from nowhere. Humans didn't have this sword habilities I had within me, and yeah, that made Zeph not a human as well.I was digging the grave, when I felt something snuck up on me. I decided to use Kyu and when I felt the distinctive monster's smell he was dead before he knew it. I had practised so much to the point I could fight even with my eyes closed.

I continued to dig, deeper and deeper, until I got to a deepness where it was impossible for animals to dig.I put Filipe's body in the grave, and as a farewell gift, I put a small ring I found on the floor, many years ago, on his hand. I loved that ring. It was unimportant, magically and such, but it had sentimental value.

"Filipe, I love you. You were the best man I've ever met, and I hope we meet again on another life. You'll always hold a piece of my heart, I... I wish this had never happened. I wish he had had the chance of. Living together, and dying together like old coots, side by side. I hope I'll see you soon my love."

My tears fell on his body, and my heart broke a little bit more. I turned to go away, the neon markings of my suit (which were illuminated by static eletricity or something like that according to Zeph) glowing softly. I know. It made me a target. But by this time, I was prying for them to try to kill me.

As if my wish was granted, a group of five showed up between me and the door. I wasn't scared. They're the ones who should be scared. I had nothing to loose for myself, and that translated to my way of fighting. I was mad, I was grieving, and where previously, I was afraid of getting close to them, now I wasn't. I was gonna kill these bitches.

When one tried to come from the back, Sagichi was the one I used. When it was the front, Kyu was the elected. If one came from above, it was simple business of slip out the way, and. Let it crash onto the floor or crash into a mate, and even easier to kill them when they were tangled like that. Without realizing it, I had killed all of them. And not a single tear or dirty on me. They were dead, and I was... Untouched. I smiled satisfied. I turned around and went inside.

*Unknown's POV*

Who was this human? We came to this planet to conquer it, to get it as their own, because we thought the people were still primitive like they were many thousands of years ago, but they had emotion now. Thoughts, feelings, communication. Language.

I saw that human kill 1 of my army without even turning around. She buried a fellow which she cared for, and, even though emotional, she felt like dead. Why? And how was she able to then kill five more of my army, using so deadly fighting style even I, supreme general of the Starian forces, was surprised. If they all were capable of that, why was she the only one fighting? Was she the only brave one? After it was first reported one of ours was shot by a human FEMALE, I had been following her. Seeing how she acts.

She is compassionate, caring for her fellows, yet, when threat appears, she was absolutely stunning. She didn't let grief keep her down. When I saw her screaming in emotional pain, I was filled with arrogance. It seems the mighty human female falls after all. But no! She got back. And she killed even more of my kind. Oh well. They were common soldiers anyway. No difference to me. I just wanted to know... How did that human died from just a neck wound when we can heal from one in seconds? They should heal just as quickly since we share the same ancestors, the Egymos. I needed to find out more about her, but not killing this time. No. We would take her family in our "human" forms, and keep them with us. Try to find out what makes her like she is. That's it. If we can make our warriors like her, we will own the entire Galaxy.
