In Your Eyes (BaekMi)

Chapter 4

Bomi can feel that she'll lose Baekhyun anytime. It's been weeks since the last time they eat together. And it's so often for them to see each other and talk on the phone before they go to sleep.

'I guess it's Taeyeon he's talking to before going to sleep. Haaayy.'

"Are you okay, Bbom? What's with that deep sigh? Hahah." She just laughed with Jinyoung. For the past weeks, they  became close and it seems he's the one who replace Baekhyun. He always go with them during lunch time and he also texts her before going to sleep. But no one can ever replace Baekhyun in her heart. 😔

"Will you stop disturbing Bomi? You can see that she's doing something, right?" Sumi rudely said to Jinyoung. Until now, the two still act like Tom and Jerry, always fighting over little things. Sometimes she plans to match the two 'cause they both are suitable for each other. 😀

"Shut up! You're the reason why she's busy. She's making your plates for pete's sake. Why did you even take up engineering when you're not good in drafting?"

"Excuse me. I'm good in drafting. It's just that the pattern is difficult and I don't want to waste my time 'cause finals are approaching. And for your info, I'm the one who trace the pattern using the technical pen. So will you just leave? Because if you're here, my plates will be ugly just like your face." Then Sumi rolled her eyes at Jinyoung.

"Alright, you two. Enough. You're so noisy. Grrrr!" And the two silenced. She continued doing the plates while Sumi is assisting her.

"Was that Baekhyun? It's my first time to see him again since last week." Sumi suddenly said when she saw Baekhyun passed by on the school grounds. Bomi looked at his direction and stared at him.

'I'll memorize every details of your face, Baek. So that I can't forget it when the time comes that I'll totally lose you.'

"He seems busy with Taeyeon. We, guys, are like that, doing efforts for the girl we like." Sumi just rolled her eyes for the nth time when she heard Jinyoung's comment. "But sad to say, you girls just reject us. You think we don't have feelings? We got hurt too."

"Stop being so dramatic, Jinyoung. It doesn't suit you. And just to let you know, we girls reject guys because we don't want to take feelings for granted. If your feelings are genuine and serious in courting us. Psh!"

"Heol. Do we have to make efforts if we're not serious in courting? Nope! 'Cause it will be such a waste of t—"

"Aish! Will you both stop?! I would really love to hit you with the T-square if you won't stop." And the two stop.

'It's very impossible to have peace in mind with these two in the same place.' And Bomi sighed.

Bomi immediately got up and made her way to the window to check if Baekhyun is truly in front of their house. The moment she answered his call, that was what he said to her.

"Huh? You're outside? Yah, Baekhyun. Paborasso? The night is so deep." She said while looking for his built but she can see nothing.

(Yup! You want me to appear in your sight? Haha.) She just tsked. So Baekhyun saw her but why can't she see him? After a minute, Baekhyun appeared from the tree's trunk. (Annyeong.) She wrinkled her forehead as she heard voice and saw the expression in his face. Why does he look so gloomy?

"What happened to you? You look gloomy. Any problem?" And it dawned to her and she gasped. "Did Taeyeon turn you down? Oww, Baek."

(Tsk. Just come down. My neck is hurting while looking up at you.)
