There was buzzing noises in my ear and I had a massive headache. I rubbed my head and groaned, not bothering to open my eyes, "Artie!" I heard someone cheer in joy before I got tackled with a hug and feel back into the bed. I recognised the voice, I opened my eyes to look at them, it was that bloody American I knew and loved.
"Hello, old chap." I said weakly with a slight smile.
"Who are you callin' old? You old fart!" He replied with a laugh and pushed my shoulders lightly, "I thought you were dead, dude."
"Well you thought wrong."
He rolled his eyes before replying, "okay, mister old fart I can see that. Don't need to be mister captain obvious old fart, now do we?" He laughed with a huge grin on his face.
"Alright then, I see your point."
"Yeah you do!" The blonde man continued to laugh obnoxiously.
"I hope I'm not interrupting but I'd like to speak to mon amie in private." I turn my head and see Francis standing at my bedroom door.
"Oh, no problem dude!" Alfred got off me and left the room, winking before he went out the door. I blush lightly after seeing that then I look at the French man sitting on the edge on my bed.
"How are you feeling, mon amie?" He asked, sounding quite worrisome.
"Quite well actually, thank you. I do have a bit of a headache though." I reply to him.
"Ah, oui, I'm not surprised. I was told you feel to the ground from être débordé." He placed his hand on my forehead, "I can get you a cold cloth if you'd like." I smile sympathetically and nod. He stood up and left as I lay there. I was quite tired, not knowing exactly how long I've been out for. Either way I should get some rest.
I closed my eyes and lay there for a while in thought. I yawned lightly then felt something cold go over my head, making me smile lightly, "thank you." I thanked him with a soft, tired voice.
"pas de problème." He replied softly as I feel asleep.
