Run Away(USUK)

Chapter 23

"So what are you doing now that you're married, bro?" Alfred asks his newly wedded brother at the bar before taking a drink.
"We're moving to Germany." Matthew says smiling, holding his husbands hand.
"Really, why so far away?" I ask curiously. I never expected Matthew to want to be so far from Alfred, it was odd of him.
"I got a job there and it is a beautiful country. Plus, Gil has family there." The Canadian looks at us.
"Yes, my brother. We actually came to this bar together once, I had a wonderful time." Gilbert mentions with a smile.
"Oh, yes. I remember that actually. You're a wild one, sir." I joke lightly.
"Always! I'm too awesome to be boring." The red eyed man laughed and soon Alfred and Matthew joined in.
"Anyways, I should be cleaning up now, I hope you two have a safe trip." I tell them.
"I'll miss you guys." Alfred hugs the two of them.
"I'll miss you too, brother." Matthew tells him with sadness in his voice.
"When are you leaving?" Alfred asks them.
"Tomorrow." Gilbert answers.
"Why so early?" I ask.
"The sooner I get to work the better." Matthew shrugs as he speaks. I nod agreeing with him.
Once they leave and Alfred and I lay in bed I look at him, "Alfred, when are you leaving?" I ask him, not wanting him to answer in hopes he'll never leave.
"Not sure, I was fired two nights ago." He speaks tiredly.
"That's terrible." I move the hair from his face.
"Yeah, well now I don't really have a reason to go back. So, I'm thinking of stay." When he says that I smile widely and hug him.
"Alfred, really? You won't be leaving?" He shakes his head in response and I kiss him happily, "I love you so much, you idiot." I laugh in joy, I couldn't be happier.
"I love you too, Arthur, you old man." He jokes back and smiles before kissing me.
