Sorry for the late update, I got out of the hospital about a week ago, trying to get back into the game.

What Rhonda said, she did not believe that he was supposed to be in school. Once he allowed himself to think properly, he was able to gather up a thought. One nasty little thought lead to more thoughts and eventually he walked the house with his head in a frenzy. Nothing seems to fit inside his mind anymore. Nothing seems to be real anymore.

After he focused his attention on one certain memory, it began to clear up. He remembered a part of the memory that was off, the Earth Clan seemed different actually they all seemed different. The time was indeed off. The Earth Clan wore tribal clothing, reminded him of earlier civilizations.

Patch moved his body slowly down the street, after speaking with Tommy his thoughts were just as scrambled as ever. Tommy had confirmed that weird things have been going on with him as well. His dreams are taking on a whole new meaning of weird.

Patch was not sure on what to take from this or give back. In his mind he did not want to believe yet he was some type of non-human. The memories kept changing, switching times and taste had been off for a while now. His emotions were changing, it seemed to shut off to a deeper level but rise up when Chase came around.

Agreeing with Tommy, he just had to get away from awhile, that was three weeks ago. He withdrew from school, busted a guy up at the barn, Rags had to pull him off before he killed the guy. All the guy did was say the wrong thing, now he can’t even remember what it was.

Thanks to Tommy, he was hanging out with the brothers this evening. He was taking his time walking towards the house something about Chase’s actions was throwing him off more. Messed up his mind to the point he had to get away and think. Chase made him feel and he wasn’t so sure if he wanted to feel anything just yet.

The house was quiet; he could hear Lucas’s voice yelling at Chase about something then laughter. Patch shook his head, the way his temper had been here lately he wasn’t so sure if he could put up with Chase’s bubbly attitude.

Taken in a deep breath, Patch prepared himself the best he could. Knocking on the door, he waited for them to answer. A scent passed over the wind as the door opened. His eyes narrowed on Chase. There was something about him, he wasn’t human. The question was what was he?

“You made it,” Chase’s face lit up with surprise. “Hey guys, Patch made it.”

Showing him in Patch kept his eyes open and his ear tuned in with the surroundings. He needed to figure out what was going on with him and what Chase was doing to him. His mind filled with Chase, his body reacted to him.

As Chase pulled on his sleeve, Patch narrowed his eyes to the tingling sensation forming on the skin that Chase was touching. He was the only person that could make this happen to him.

“What’s up?” Tommy came over and bumped fist with him.

“Nothing,” Patch’s tone was off, it seem to be distance.

Tommy shook his head, ever since their conversation he has felt that Patch has shut down more. No matter how hard he tried to bring out what he knew Patch had inside of him, Patch always seemed to suck it straight back in with more emotion gone.

“This is everyone, you’ve already met everyone.” Chase dropped his head in embarrassment. “Welcome.”

“Thank you,” Patch answered back.

Patch sat there listening to Chase talk his ears off, the rest of the house lingered here and there. Tommy would glance over to make sure Patch was keeping his cool. So far, he was able to handle the talk-o-matic. Taking notice of how his parents were hovering around, Chase’s father kept a close eye on them.
