1. Auditions.

Chapter 1: Auditions. 

"Noah it's time to get up sweetie." Puck heard his mom yell. He got up and groaned and sat up. He looked around his room and sighed, it was the start of his junior year. He spent most his summer working and going to New York to see if he can find Rachel but noting. Puck went to take a quick shower and got ready for school.

He grabbed his letterman and backpack and went into the kitchen where his mother was cooking breakfast. "Mornin ma."

"Good morning sweetie. Ready for junior year?" She asked her son. He just shrugged and looked away, she sighed and hugged him. Ever since Rachel left without so much of trace and giving up his daughter, her son has been edgy but is doing better.

"You think she might come back ma?" Puck asked his mom after a while. She turned back to him and gave him a soft smile.

"Give her time to pick her self up again Noah, you said it yourself she's gone through so much alone. Time will heal her, and when she's ready she will come back." she told him. Puck just sighed and nodded. He got his stuff and drove to school.

He walked by past Rachel's locker and he just growled, she wasn't going to come into school and bounce around how this year was going to be an amazing year. He just stood there starting at her locker when he felt someone slap his back. He turned and smirked to see Mike.

"What's up other Asian?" Puck asked smirking. Mike just rolled his eyes and punched him lightly and just joked. "So heard of anything from Matt? Did he transfer?" he asked Chang.

"Don't ask Puck, his husband is parking the car right about now." another voice answered, Puck saw Tina and just laughed. Chang looked at her offended.

"Oh no you didn't, you did not just talk about my hubby like that girlfriend." Mike said in a high voice.

"I sometimes tell my self that if Mike ever left me, it would be for Matt." Tina whispered to Puck as they watched him looking around for Matt. The duo laughed at Mike and teased him. "So Puck heard anything from Rach"

That caught Mike's attention, he turned to Puck and wrapped his arms around his now girlfriend's shoulder.

"Nothing, the time that you guys left for Asian camp I took a drive to New York. I just did it, I went to see if she was there, I couldn't find her. New York didn't feel like if it had Rachel Berry there." He explained confused.

Mike and Tina nodded understanding what he meant. Rachel Berry was meant for New York and if she wasn't there, the big city wasn't complete. They all heard yelling and turned to see Matt and Azimio yelling at each other. The guys rushed over before anything got serious.

"Back the hell off Azimio, not my damn fault you screwed up with her." Matt yelled as Puck pushed him back. Usually Matt was the quiet one but he had some trouble with his anger so when that came out, all hell breaks loose. Puck manages to keep pushing Matt back and pushed him one last time into the glee club.

Matt paced around and Puck just went to sit down letting Matt calm down on his own. Mike and Tine walked in hand in hand looking worried about Matt. Everyone slowly walked in and cheered when they saw Matt didn't transfer.

"Matt!" Mercedes squealed, that got him out of trance, he turned to see that Mercedes called him and saw Brittany running to him. He caught her just in time, he laughed at her quirkiness and allowed the rest of the glee members to hug him. That seemed to relaxed him. Everyone came in and sat around, talking to each other, Puck just sat there and just pretended to listen to the stories of what they did over the summer.
