13. Comeback.

Chapter 13: Comeback.

Mr. Schue was writing something on the board for his Spanish class wall, saying Regresar, meaning to come back. While Mr. Schue had his back to the kids, Mike got the paper balls he had in his hand and started to throw them at his friends, but stopped when Mr. Schue turned back to them.

Before Mr. Schue can continue the door slammed opened and there stood Ms. Pillsbury looking scared. "Will, it's an emergency." was all she said.

"Alright, don't leave, class." Mr. Schue said, and ran out the door. The students there just rolled their eyes and got their stuff to leave. Finn just left to find Quinn, Mike left to the choir room.

"Dude where you going?" Puck asked, startling Mike.

Mike jumped. "Dude what the hell? Why aren't you in class." he asked.

"Got boring, and Rachel isn't there." Puck told him.

They were making their way to the choir room when they heard two voices talking.

"Lauren stop laughing." The girl voice whined. Puck recognized it as his girlfriend and he smiled.

"I'm sorry Berry, but that song is ridiculous. A song about your headband?" Zizes asked.

Rachel stomped her foot. "I was beginning to write at the time. And the teacher said anything funny." Rachel told her pouting. Puck heard that and he laughed. Rachel heard and turned her head to the door, Mike pushed Puck in and they entered.

"Hey babe." Puck said, as he walked towards her. Rachel smiled and waited for him. He leaned down to kiss her and Rachel just sighed happily. "What are you guys talking about?" he asked. Mike went to sit next to Zizes.

"Lauren just heard one of my original songs." Rachel told them. When Rachel said this Zizes started to laugh, and Rachel just glared at her.

"Which are just pathetic, one song is about her headband, and the other is about being the only child." Zizes told Puck laughing, Rachel just huffed out annoyed.

"I was just beginning my song writing." Rachel told them all, annoyed. Zizes just bursted out laughing even more, and Mike chuckled a bit even.

"Anyways, did you hear that Sam was giving the googoo eyes to Satan?" Puck asked. Rachel just slapped his arm, and sat on the piano bench. She began to play her song, which was now completed, all she need was the lyrics. They all just watched her play her song, while Rachel thought of something.

"We should write our own original songs for regionals." Rachel said. Puck, Mike and Zizes turned to her.

"What do you mean?" Puck asked.

"Think about it, we can have an advantage, we can make up our songs, and even if our set list gets leaked no one will be able to sing our song, because it's our own lyrics, and it's original." Rachel explained.

They all sat there and thought about what just Rachel had said. "That's not really a bad idea." Mike said. Rachel smiled widely.

"I'll tell Mr. Schue the plan when it's time for Glee, in the meantime, we need to get going, I told Santana I was going to meet her by my locker." Rachel told them, and in that second the bell rang.

Rachel and Puck made their way to her locker, Rachel spotted Santana already there, and then she noticed Sam walking up to her. Rachel stopped Puck and he looked down at her confused, she pointed at the pairs and he looked up.

He smirked and the walked up to them. "So I wanted to confirm our date on Friday at Color Me Mine." Sam told Santana. Rachel just smiled even wider.
