Meeting Emmitt

(A/N: Okay, here it is. I had to edit a bunch of stuff out and I made it a little less boring....its still boring though. Comment! Vote! Sorry you guys had to wait so long!)

I wake up to Haymitch poking me on my hind end.

"Is there a reason you're poking my ass?"

"It jiggles." He laughs.

"You're drunk."

"That's not true... I'm perfectly sober."

I roll over so I'm facing Haymitch. I smile at him and poke his nose. I kiss his lips softly. He pulls me on top of him and he kisses my neck. I giggle and move his shirt off of his shoulder.

"Dont even think about it." Haymitch smiles. I kiss his shoulder. He flips me over onto the bed and pins me down. I giggle when he kisses my ear. He runs his fingers through my hair and kisses me softly.

"I love you Eff." He says kissing my cheek.

"I love you too....even though you're kind of crushing me." I say pushing him off me. I poke him in the stomach.

"It jiggles." I say mocking his voice.

"Shut up sweetheart." He says kissing me again. I smile and lean in to kiss him again when my phone starts to ring. I sigh, give Haymitch a quick kiss then answer my phone.

"Hello?"

"Hi, it's Prim. When are you coming over?"

"Oh, I can come over now..." I say getting out of bed and heading towards my closet.

"Okay, see you in a few minutes." She hangs up. I slip on a dress and heels, I quickly put on my wig and makeup.

"I'll be back later..." I say to Haymitch who is still laying in bed.

"Okay."

I walk downstairs and out the door, its freezing cold out here. I walk to Prim's house and knock on the door.

"Is that you.... M-mom?"

"Yes. Open the door please, it's freezing!"

"Okay..." I hear her fumbling with the door until it opens. "Uh, come on in... Katniss couldn't come, she went into the wood- I mean she's with Peeta!"

"Prim, something's wrong. Please tell me."

"She's with Peeta... Discussing mentor stuff y'know? And they're madly in love. Duh. Let's just go, okay?" She says talking quickly. She plays with the hem of her dress.

"No, there's something you're not telling me. You started to say she was in the woods. Is that where she is?" I say staring into her eyes.

"Ha, no! Why would she be in the woods? Not to visit Gale, that's for sure! But they're cousins so it's not like that's weird or anything... So let just go!" She says quickly, not looking me in the eye.

I glare at her. I slip off my heels, drop them by my feet and sprint towards the woods.

"NO NO NO!" Prim yells chasing after me, she runs past me and slips under the fence. She runs out of my sight.

I slip under the fence and slowly run looking for Katniss and Prim. I find Prim laying on a large rock.

"You told them to leave didn't you?" I say looking at the boot prints in the dirt.

"Excuse me?" Prim asks standing.

"If you really want to see Emmitt go get Katniss right now." I say scowling at her.
