"Mom im scared to leave." i told my mom as she grabs the remaining suitcases in my room. My heart told me I should stay but my mind wanted to get out here as quick as possible. I was leaving my life here but it sucked anyways.
"its fine honey. At this time i think you need a fresh start." she said with her kind words. She was right. ITs better if I leave this place before anything worse happens.
My mom gives me a reassuring nod and leaved me of whats left in this room. My walls now have a faded blue and the carpet is accumulating dust. I let out a little cough. I have allergies now and then but theyre getting much better.
"I'll miss this place." i say to myself. I most likely will. I made most of my memories here. I remember when my friends poured hot chocolate all over me and the other time when Matt threw a surprise party for me. That was back then but now I think he would stab me on the back any day. I'm only 12 though. I don't know what to expect from the future.
"Rion" my dad calls from down the stairs. I let out a sad sigh knowing i wont be back here anytime soon. I grab my pastel blue jansport from the floor and place it on my back.
I say one last goodbye to my room and close the door.
